Our machine has worked flawlessly out of the box and am impressed with the build quality, and Cory's willingness to answer any questions related to the product. Hoping for many years of freeze drying from our Blue Alpine...Go Blue!

I was sold on the Harvest Right, a couple years ago when they were pretty much the only name in the game. I'm so glad I waited, now to find these guys. Everything I've seen has me sold on this new company. Nice job, guys!

love the transparency, and explanation of warm air (ambient) mTorrs tests (versus cold air) mTorrs. also, the explanation of refrigeration coils (requiring cast seal) versus a removable sleeve. I have one of the 1st generation BlueAlpines, so i guess that makes it a collector's item.

Why are you welding on the chamber after it is in the frame? Also how is the copper tubing attached to the chamber for maximum heat transfer? I was expecting to see more details on how it is put together. For example does the feedthrough for the heaters share an opening with the pressure sensor?

Have y'all done any thermal imaging to detect any points that can be improved?

You should really get rid of your first how freeze dryers are made video with the loud music. It prevented me from finding this one for weeks. I like your series of how to videos and have been watching while I decide which manufacturer to buy from. I am really glad that I finally found this video that shows the engineering that went into this unit. The design is both reliable and easy to maintain in the future.

That's a good idea, maybe we'll change the title of the other one so it doesn't effect future searches, otherwise, I'm glad you like the design of our machine! :D

Your warranty seems to be better than others but still showing how confident you are in your product. Still not impressive. These machines are so expensive that sending one back is prohibitive. I haven't tried one of yours but I have the cube and harvest right and had problems right off with both. The cube has good support harvest right did not. I wish there was a way to try all the brands to see which one fits me better and is more reliable. I have a suggestion. I have found hat the freezing process takes less power than the vacuuming. I have solar to power my home so I have to take my trays out and put them in the freezer overnight till the sun comes out, it would be nice if there was a setting that would let me keep the trays in the machine and just keep freezing till I can tell it to continue vacuuming. Putting the food back into the home freezer seems to remove some of the quality from the food.

Too bad your company doesn't make these so there EMP ready. If this was a push button and manual timer machine people could consider this a proper unit. A more simplified version would make more sense in a time like now. WW3 is a real threat. You probably would gain way way more customers.

Yeah, we haven't designed for that, though we did shock it with a taser and it was fine, so there is a chance it could survive, but most likely not. That would be cool though, maybe one day we can add that to a special hard-core survival version. :)
