How do you reverse the genetic trauma?

One brings awareness and compassion to the generational trigger. Consciously chooses to release it somatically, addresses the fear associated and honours their intuitional guidance to challenge the ideology that keeps the trauma cycle going. If the logic/reasoning fails to support the ideology, then one can adopt an ideology based on balanced discernment and trust in guidance of the healed self. Wake up, Heal up, Grow up and finally Show up. #feelittohealit
