I have to say I’ve watched all your videos before buying my first set up. This video had me dying! Always lube when you’re screwing hahah anyhow coming from freestyle backflipping jet skis and out of the game and onto foils, just bought a brand new lift 4 pro with a 32 mast, 150 v2 surf and 32 glide for $7200 just need to find a battery and rip it! Literally built my lake house first and then got the efoil after because of that ending hahah Looking forward to more of your videos this summer

After watching your videos I see you seem pretty unhappy with lift foils. I wonder why you didn’t get a fliteboard instead?

Who said I'm unhappy with Lift? I'm totally happy with Lift. They have great support and I think I love riding their boards more than anything I've ever stuck to my feet (and I've stuck a lot of boards to my feet). I think it is important to be honest about the issues and there certainly have been issues. But they've taken care of those issues as well as the best companies I've worked with. Would I prefer there weren't issues? Of course, but this early in this tech game, there's bound to be issues. Flite has issues (lot's of them). Flite is extremely non-responsive to all my attempts to engage with them and the very little I've been able to ride their boards so far has revealed they make a solid product but I have yet to be proven it is superior. So why didn't I roll the dice and go with a Flite this time around. 1. I've got a significant investment in batteries and chargers and like compatibility. Kinda the same reason I keep buying DeWalt, instead of mixing it up with an incompatible tool with my fleet of batteries and accessories. 2. They have NO local dealers, reps, repair hubs and require regular inspection overhauls every 6-12 months to keep the warranty in check and I don't want to ship my board to freak'n Australia just so they'll honor their warranty. 3. Their throttle and controller doesn't provide the same degree of precision as the Lift (in my limited experience, at least). 4. The fact that they are unable to provide an opportunity to actually review the board is just ludicrous. I've reviewed all the major brands and Lift has dealers everywhere and my reseller comes out and rides with me and let's me try just about anything I want before buying. When Flite can compete with that level of service, perhaps I'll consider them. Till then, Lift is my horse.
