I used to think my wife had to work. Listening to Brendan Dilley talk about the husband wife paradigm changed my mind. Her time is more valuable to our family being available and preset for the kids. I'm sufficient to provide, I just need her support and affirmation. These guys nail that dynamic.

I’m in the house building/remodeling industry. Have been since I was 15, I’m 23 now, and I absolutely love everything that makes up a house from dirt to an amazing castle. The process and final result is what I love to see & this house meets just what I like. Unique, 1 of 1, cozy, very inviting, badass, and all out a kit ass house. Sweet place brother! Well done & deserved! Your story sounds kind of like me, I started with my father and I learn just about the same traits and skills. I need to do the same and start a business, It would be nice to get in touch one day. This is so sick!

I'm from Utah and his story sounds EXACTLY like my cousin's story. He damn near lost everything with his business in the crash and now is doing better than he ever did before because he was able to persevere through it all while others fell. Tom sounds like a hustler and I love that he has realized that money isn't everything and cares so much about his family.

Wow! This was a life transforming interview! It was so uplifting! Not boastful at all! This man and his wife are a beautiful example of what family and a support system can do! You noticed he said that he really got his start learning or working with his FATHER! Young people coming up need mentorship from a positive, successful and supportive role model. Even if it’s not your biological parents, someone in the community who is willing to help and share their wisdom/experience with you can make a great difference!

I’m not against money or being rich but certain professions like homes & land are for everyone. People should have & enjoy nice things but understand how certain people go about getting them. There are many people now who want to live in peace doing noble professions that can’t afford their rent because some egotistical maniac has to have 1.5 million properties & up the rent on them. After owning a certain amount of properties people should lease or rent. This being constantly put out on social media broadcasted the way is constant cars homes plastic surgery so people can feel relevant talking super fast with crazy energy. There are multi millionaires who do not live like this. Showing this to people constantly without teaching them morals especially ones who have no morals will create a crazy spiral of greed. Most people are unconscious & just follow & copy to fit in. They have enough & are happy then they see this & it makes millions of people go get it just to fit in. If you want to help find good ways for people to make money & teach it. Not just show what people have all day

He went bankrupt from getting in over his head which a lot of very young people did at that time by taking out bubble loans (to build homes i.e. development) which the banks were throwing out to anyone as he mentioned. Files bankruptcy walks away from debt to start over that's how this great country called the United States of America works. Perspective on what's inspiring? Money seems to always work. A world of content. Pura Vida

This was an interesting interview. This guy is remarkable! I watched the initial interview with him and thought wow he sharing so much with a guy he met on the street and the statement that he made that femininity needs to be protected, that's where my interest piqued. Now on to this video of him giving you a tour of his home and giving you a candid interview answering questions concisely and honestly. Not to mention the free game he's giving on how to become a builder from the ground up. His story is amazing from the beginning to where he is now. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Thank you.

Respect to this man real estate development is not easy I got 15 years in construction and developing I went from working for a developer as a pm and construction super to building for clients and then got into Whosaling by the time Covid hit I was doing 3 flips and building for clients I made 0 on the new construction because material tripled and I lost negative on all jobs I went from paying 600 for a pallet of plywood to 6,000 the pcs of 2x4 I use to pay $1.14 per pc on bulk I was paying 15 a pc I made no profits had to give up my flips. And for the past three years I’ve been trying to get back at it managing Consulting there’s no stability in that type of work but it’s a way to keep the bills payed I am now trying to find a job as a construction superintendent or PM but it’s hard when the past 7 years I ran a business alot of these folks will not hire a business owner. Which surprises me because if tables were turned I would want someone who knows there shit.

Problem with every young person nowadays (I’m 25) or around this age is so many people want an easy route to making money. Making money can come quick but often it comes with experience. This guy didn’t build Rome over night. He was learning from his dad as a teenager and parlayed that into making a business out of it. I respect him so much, anything worth while or actually worth significant money comes with time and hard work. No shortcuts which people our age hate hearing.
