I wanted to keep the momentum of exercising apart from doing garden work which is plenty exercise! I started off with riding my bicycle and it broke a few days in. I feel good adding another activity to my daily routine. I will be walking /jogging with the dogs till my bike is repaired. I am also reaping the reward of staying active, some weight loss! No need for the gym when you can incorporate some exercise into your daily routine. I share my return to the motherland , showing the beauty of the country and its people.
