Let’s take a look together at my past self, and my current self will share what is different today and what numbers I am currently using.
Now, as a cautionary disclosure, these are just numbers I am using, and one thing I know is your numbers will (or could) be different.
But remember, these are my preliminary proforma numbers to see if a deal will work.
During the due diligence, I validate the assumptions with real numbers from contractors and a feasibility report.
