I’ve started running this summer, but I’ve faced two challenges so far : my perfectionism and the changing of my schedules thru summer. My perfectionism always leads me to doubt about my every single move. An example is I started running with The Guardian Guide to Running Podcast. But, after seeing your video, I’m doubting about using the wrong starter running podcast (yours being the nike one, and being probably more recent than mine). Now I’m contemplating starting over and starting the nike running guide. Am I wrong for doubting myself, or am I doubting too much? Earlier this summer, I started a new job, right in the middle of starting my new habit, running. It took me over a month for me to start running again, and I had to start from the beginning all again. Now with school approaching, I’m a little scared of losing the habit for a while again. How can I prevent that? Update : I did change program and I love it a lot more! Perfectionism got to me on that one, but it ended up being better 🤷🏼♀️

Talking about the second point, I have your same problem 😅 In about a month I'm going to start school lessons so I'm afraid of losing this habit... Regarding this point, I still don't have a solution 😆 Maybe we can find it together 😅

Habits tend to fluctuate depending on the season you are. 😊 What worked out a year/month/week/day ago, might not work today or tomorrow and that's okay. 🧘♀️💗 As Sean said, it's important to listen to your body and every change naturally brings stress which means you will need some time to adjust a thing or two. But you’ll get back into your habits in a way that suits the context and you from that context the best. I hope this helps. 💕
