2:46 Gotta love the official tomato knife to cut tomatoes. I've had mine for 18 years and still cutting through heirlooms like butter

The tomatoes must be vine ripened homegrown of organic. Otherwise, just a single layer, lightly salted. Great video.

Try adding a touch of celery salt. You won’t regret it.

I feel like the double layer of tomato doesnt make sense to be together when the bacon could be bang in the middle of the two layers of tomato that are beneath the lettuce (bread, mayo, lettuce, tomato, bacon, tomato, lettuce, mayo, bread) . please reconsider. still a banger sandwich, will give the celery salt a go. also, beautiful kitchen.

Thanks Steve. Seems like a lot of the young gun food creators go over the top nowadays so just trying keep it simple and yummy. Never heard of a crisp sandwich. Is it what I think it is? Are potato chips involved 😂.

@@KitchenCraftFood Simple is definitely better. Yeah, chips,(have to be plain) white bread and plenty of butter…now that is simple. Had this back in the UK growing up, it’s good 🤣 hope all is well buddy 👍🏻

Nice sandwich, but my personal preference is thinly-sliced Bacon seasoned with cracked Black Pepper and Baby Arugula, and Dijon-Mayo combo 👍

@@KitchenCraftFood Thanks. While I like thickly-sliced Bacon to eat, I find that it's not ideal for sandwiches & burgers as it can be difficult to bite through and usually results in yanking out a piece. I'd rather just pile in more of the thin stuff.

@@MrChristopherMolloy that’s why thick cut bacon has to be cooked crispy. Any less and, yes, you can pull it right out when taking a bite.
