Hello Dave!! It's been a wee while. Great to see you again.😁👍 What a fantastic build of a wonderful old building. All that detail looks amazing but I love the weathering on the rear. It's just dirty enough for a back street structure and the bins and litter set it off to perfection. Your client is lucky to posess such a great piece: I hope he's got a nice spot to display it. Try not to leave it so long for the next one; I miss that wee tune.😁

@@DavesModelWorkshop hi Dave. Yes we have had some terrible things going on. Dreadful destruction of properties and so many lives lost. We, thankfully live away from the coast and only had minor problems of roof leaks. The main water pipes down that way were destroyed too. Theyre working like crazy trying to repair it. I feel so sorry for them down there. Cant travel because roads have all collapsed. No deliveries because trucks cant get out. It will come right but it will take time. Whats the next fabulous building you are planning??

Dude! I love this so much! I haven’t tuned in for ages, so sorry about that. Are you going to be making more detailed step by step vids of builds? I’m wondering what age I can get my Son into model making and would love to do some stuff like this someday 😊🕺🏻🏝🇦🇺
@DavesModelWorkshop
Жыл бұрын
Thanks Brad! I'm not sure if I'm going to do more step-by-step videos, they take a long time and I find that time more productive in actually just getting in and building. Plus a lot of the scratchbuilding I do doesn't really translate well to instructional videos like the plastic model kit videos I used to do. But I do think there's no minimum age for modelling, just get stuck in with your son :)

Hi Dave, my name is Steven and I just became a Patreon and subscribed to your channel. I love the work you put into your creations. I have been binging them since I found the channel. Thank you for creating, it really has been calming me down after I had a very stressful day. I was also wondering if you are willing to sell the Ghostbusters firehouse or if you could create another one? I don't have and hardware or software to create this. I have trembling hands so it is very hard to be gentle, paint and manipulate pieces. I'm a huge Ghostbusters fan and I would love to take this to cons (protected in a case) with our group Ghostbusters of the Ozarks. Of course I would lead them to your channel and other builds. I also sent this to messenger. Just to cover my bases since I don't know the best way to get in touch. Hope to hear from you.
