Wow, you are too beautiful whomever sees you shall believe that God is real, and whenever I see you I am always in a dream, and when we wake up we all will realize that all this life was nothing but a dream and that only God is whats true and real. I dont know how can atheists believe that such a very sexy very attractive beauty queen like you came from monkeys hahaha 😄 There was a teacher whom didn't believe in the existence of God, He said to his students do you see God?, the students replied no we don't see God, so the teacher said if you don't see God it means there is no God, then a smart student stood up and said to the other students hey guys do you see the teachers brain?, then the students replied no we don't see the teachers brain, the student then said then the teacher is crazy he got no brain :0) عن الإمام علي "عليه السلام": عَجِبتُ لمن شك في الله، وهو يرى خلق الله Imam Ali, peace be upon him, said: I cant understand how a man-man/women-can doubt in the existence of God-/Allah-although he sees His creation. وعن الإمام علي "عليه السلام": عَجِبتُ لمن أنكر النشأة الأخرى، وهو يرى النشأة الأولى Imam Ali, peace be upon him, said: I cant understand how any one denies the second life although he/she seen the first life-this life is actually a living proof of both the existence of its creator, as well as a clear proof that indicates that another life in heaven or hell may also be a very possible chance as well-. وعن الإمام علي "عليه السلام": عَجِبتُ لعامر دار الفناء، وتارك دار البقاء Imam Ali, peace be upon him, said: I cant understand how any one inhabits this transient abode-and is so indulged in it-but ignores the everlasting hereafter abode, one God for all of us, all the universe shows unity with diversity, there are different things different creatures and different materials but are all made of particles and atoms Even if we will assume that there will not be an atom left of you after death, you still have proven as a created being that there is a Creator,you proved the existence of God even if you do not believe in God. God initiated everything, and he redo too, and it is evident. this life is temporary while the next is forever eternal either in paradise or burning in Hell fire good qualities are beneficial, and bad qualities are harmful Be good dont be bad and refrain from sins and obey God and worship him alone in the way he wants to be worshiped and you will be saved from Hell fire and will enter paradise and be happy forever Whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it, or may not see it if God pardons him/her and has mercy on him/her that's if he/she try's to fix what he/she has spoiled, in the right time, Also, when you give charity God protects you and blesses you with more good things in life or more money. A teaching from the prophet Mohammed may peace and blessings of God be upon his pure great soul and upon his great honorable progeny. Also, if you be bad to others you will hurt your own self too, likewise when you don't do what you should in the right time. & having faith in God makes you stronger and makes you have hope even when things become very difficult and even when you are weak. Another thing: Drinking alcoholic beverages damages the liver and the mind, & adultery is not good because it is not true love it is neglect to the lady and to the fetus, and brings sexual diseases. while marriage on the other hand, ok it has sex in it, but it is a relationship in which the woman and the fetus are cared for as for sodomy-same sex marriage-its bad not part of normal human life &it brings sexual diseases, &eating pork can bring cholesterol&some parasitic worms, Not cheating &gaining trust by being trust worthy and honest, &having good behavior, brings more money to you and is good for you in the next life too, These are some of the teaching of the prophet Mohammed The Messenger of God Muhammad is the most perfect human, and most intelligent man, his mind was the brightest mind, &he is the most merciful of all people, his heart was the biggest heart, but he was firm against every crime, &was the most just &kind, and taught every good, taught people to respect &love & care for each other, &for the female, &elder, &children, &to protect the innocent person regardless of what he/she believed, (If one of the polytheists seeks protection from you, then grant him protection) Holly Quran, &taught to either forgive the one who wronged you, or be just &fair when retaliating, or to shock the person and enslave his/her heart by being generous &kind. who to follow after the prophet?: Even if you may think that all the companions of the Messenger were always good and all of them are like mountains, despite everything that happened between them!! the Prophet said: “My family-daughter Fatima the lady of light the lady of heaven and Imam Ali and their great offspring's and special perfect chosen descendants-are like the ark-/ship-of Noah, whomever embarked on it survived, and whomever did not drowned and died. &We know that the son of Noah did not embark on the ark/ship of salvation, rather he climbed a mountain and drowned due to the very high tides and because he didn't follow God command. Don't be like him spread the light teach what's good &right its best for you and for all and better than letting the wrong things from wrong teachings or bad desires and ill mind happen, prevention is better than cure , .

this is what i’ve naturally done my whole life. but i’ve always screwed it up because i have battled thinking i need to develop habits and strict routines like a “normal person.” whenever i have done that, i’ve actually enjoyed it for a few days, but it always inevitably falls apart. (not to mention every essay i’ve ever written on a strict schedule has gotten the lowest grade lol) putting myself into strict routines always makes my brain wander and *intensely* want to do something NOT on the routine, which leads to me usually giving in, doing the thing and getting mad at myself and then repeating the cycle. i think what i’ve realized is my brain knows what needs to be done and i just need to work with it, not fight it.

I am NEVER going to call myself a procrastinator again!! That label has been a black cloud over me since high school. I am now 50 and back in school in a health field with lots of science. In 2020 I got my bachelor's degree with a 4.0 in *every* class! And so far the same in my master's. Yet I have guilt for doing assignments right before they're due. I should not have guilt, I should be proud of getting A's, regardless of the clock! Obviously my judgments have yielded successful results, so why should I feel like they're "guilty A's", like I didn't deserve them because I didn't take weeks or days, and instead I took 10 hours in one day? That's my business, yet I've actually felt like if another student also got an A after spending 2 hrs a day for a week, they deserved the A more than I did, because I "procrastinated" while they were a good little structured girl, and doing things "last minute" is something I should hide and be ashamed of. "Forgive me Father, for I have sinned... I got an A for doing an assignment in the 10 hours before it was due instead of 2 hrs/day Mon-Friday." 🤣 I felt defective as recently as an hour ago, but seeing these videos and all the comments, I am so relieved to know I'm not alone! I love this so much! You've explained pretty much exactly how my brain works. . . but I didn't know that til right now! Most evenings I'm feeling creative and focusedand it would be so good. . . if I could make myself do anythign with it. But the second I say I "have to", my brain rejects that and I spend all night playing video games. In the morning I'm half asleep, but if the kitchen is a mess and I need to paint my nails, I can tell myself that in the 2 hours before work I will wash my face, put on a clay mask, do the dishes and sanitise/tidy up any surfaces, while that sits, paint my nails *after* that, but before I shower, that way the chores don't ruin my nails, shower, get dressed etc, run a load of laundry while I have breakfast, (prepackaged stuff, so just a spoon to wash), then sit down at 8:59 to log in and work, and put laundry out at my lunch break. . . if I don't tell myself I'm doing that the night before though, I get up at 8:30, shower, grab a yoghurt at 8:55, and then sit down to eat that in front of my laptop and hope nobody sends anything important until I've fully woken up!

Bloody brilliant, thank you so much for sharing this! I've felt so terribly misunderstood by those 'productivity planners' - but working when real stakes are on the line is what gets me to show up. I found that scheduling meetings, appointments and launch dates is the best way for me to get something done. Trying to fill my weekly calendar with 'batch creation times' that are always at the same time / day of week just hasn't worked for me so far.
@al6550
2 жыл бұрын
I used to keep a weekly calendar where I would break assignments into chunks each day, but I struggled. What I do differently is I only put down the date the whole assignment is due. I have less stress completing a project this way for some reason. It's like if my brain knows I have to get a certain amount of work per day, I struggle. But if I know when it's due, I'll just find time whenever I feel up to it and work on it that way. I still break it into chunks but it's a process that happens in the moment rather than planned.

This is an interesting video because it gives some insight into how the brains of superachievers work. I've always been fascinated with people who get so much done they seem like they're using a hermione time turner. I have fairly significant anxiety issues, so any time I try to plan or organize my life, I get overwhelmed and begin to spiral. As one would expect, my life results have been pretty abysmal. But in recent years I have actually been able to accomplish a few things. And after watching this video, I think one of the reasons why is because I started scheduling things around my levels of self restraint, which are also highest in the morning. So I always try to get the really hard things done right away before my anxiety rises and motivation plummets.

I find this video series SO fascinating! I graduated from school and majored in mechanical engineering and this perfectly summed up how I managed to get through those 4 years with 2 part-time jobs and a full load of coursework while managing a large project team of 40 members. I attributed a lot of my accomplishments in those 4 years to “survival mode” but I’m starting to change my perspective that I was actually thriving during that time. I’ve NEVER been able to explain the way I manage my time and people often used to label me as “lazy” because I took frequent breaks and relied heavily on motivation. Every time I studied and my mom would check up on me, she’d ask “Why are you always playing games? Why are you always on your phone?” But really those were my necessary breaks to chill out because I’d been juggling so many things. I really enjoyed my time in school, though in retrospect, I would decrease the workload to add in more quality time with friends and family. Overall, I’m sooooooo happy to have found your channel and these videos. It’s incredibly validating but also very motivating 😝 to get back into this mindset/routine because I’ve somewhat abandoned it since starting my 9-5 and also feeling weirdly guilty (unlearning this) for relying on motivation as a driving force. So glad to have discovered you!!

@lizetteroni5410
2 жыл бұрын
@@Moe-zq7wk Sorry for the late reply! Oh boy, I graduated 3 years ago and I'm struggling to remember everything I did. It was a lot of trial and error to be honest, but I figured out a system that worked for me. Granted, every time a new quarter/semester began, I would be so overwhelmed for the first two weeks setting up my "systems" for each class. But after this 2-week freakout period, I usually got the hang of it. THE most important thing was having the right mindset - I needed to enjoy what I was learning or else I wouldn't be motivated to keep going when it got tough. I paid attention in class, making sure that I didn't Just take notes, but also paid attention to the professor and how he/she taught the class, what they deemed important (valuable for determining what might be on the test), and making sure to have a study group/friends I could share homework with!! I'm not sure I have actual study tips, but what worked for me was paying attention to the concepts during class. Not taking notes word-for-word, but interpreting them in my own way. A lot of it is hard math/science, so understanding the concepts and foundation is much more important because once you establish that, then you're able to work through any problem. I also had a separate notebook called "Takeaways" where I would summarize every big concept / formula that I learned for each class for each day. So if I had 3 classes that day, I would do my best to create summaries (essentially a cheat sheet of formulas, definitions) for future reference. I absolutely need to take notes in order to remember things, but this is the best way I was able to actively recall what I learned at the end of each day. I actually enjoyed this process so it wasn't difficult for me at all. To this day, I still reference my Takeaway notebooks from each quarter/semester and each year. It became SUPER helpful when midterms and finals came around so that I could highlight the most important concepts and formulas! Overall, the BIGGEST things that helped me were having support/friends that could help me out (definitely couldn't have gone through it alone...) and taking notes via active recall (Takeaway notebook really saved me) by creating "cheat sheets" for each class. Hope this helps!

Reading all the self-help books on good habit forming then failing miserably to form any and, what’s more, seemingly start going in reverse at top speed doing the opposite to my schedule. I get it now. It’s just the way I am and it’s not only fine, it’s workable and can still be productive and get all the tasks done if I do them in my way without the shame of not doing them …like someone else. Makes so much sense now. Feeling fabulous, just quietly, the lightbulb moments satisfy something wayyyyy down deep. Smashing, spiffing, splendid. A thousand thanks.

Also, thank you for the decreasing of your speach speed in the latest videos, english is my third language, it helps a lot with understanding you.

Finding your channel was like stepping into a goldmine. Seriously if you decide to write a book on it you would end all productivity gurus careers. The only personal problem I have is about the tasks "that require high levels of energy and that I don't enjoy" (and also have no real deadlines) that I simply never ever (ever!) find motivation to do, no matter what time of the day it is, even knowing it's important, and I simply procrastinate it for months until I just finally force myself and the result is usually crap. I will appreciate if anyone has any advice on how be less crappy with those.

I think this what I've been doing my whole life subconsciously. even though I try to put things into my calendar, I only do what I really want to do. I also don't fall behind on deadlines because my motivation to do those things increases as the deadline comes closer :) I used to hate myself for doing this but you've put things into perspective now. thanks liz!

I never figured out how to reign in my chaotic working style to be plannable, but this makes so much sense. I can't wait to try it out, but I also have learned to be careful because a lot of things sound perfect to me at a time but don't actually work out because I saw too much potential and got too excited😅

An IMMENSE THANK YOU for sharing your discoveries! I’ve been hacking away with the “daily habits” and doing things the old way. I’ve typically had energy when starting things, then I sort of fall flat. I would beat myself up with lots of negative self-talk during the low moments, trying to force myself to “get back on track.” You have made it ok to have bursts of energy and capitalizing on motivation and managing the lulls 😊🎉

when you were in the process of motivation mapping, how did you record your motivation and energy levels?? And how did you analyse? I love that you explain your own maps here, AND it would be so helpful for us if you teach how we could do it ourselves! Anyways, I cant tell you how helpful these videos are for me who is also a highly intuitive being!!!

I don't know how she analyzed her levels of motivation, but I wake up in the morning and think of the tasks I need to get done that day, when you think about your schedule, you get this feeling - it's hard, a very tiring task [I am unable to be precise since english is not my first language], and for me that is a task that requires high motivation, drive and energy because I am mostly like to procrastinate or move the task from my schedule. motivation depends on the task. I can't exactly say when i have the motivation and when i do not. [ like her, I cannot precisely say I have high/low motivation inn the morning ] but for example, I need to get my calculus work done, which is a hard task for me. As I go through the day, in the evening I feel like getting this "hard task" completed, because I don't want to feel like I wasted a day, you can try something like this, you will know, when you feel like doing hard tasks and when you don't. you should also consider the factors that motivate you to measure this, early morning can make you feel motivated because it feels like a new beginning, or you can be a night owl who has the motivation to get things at night when the world sleeps, and as she said if you are night owl, your self-resistance goes down by midnight, so your motivation and resistance are inversely proportional in this case, you have to keep it in your mind how this works to have an accurate list

It's intuitive for me personally... imagine you have a whole day to do this one thing, when do you feel you are most likely to be able to do it? For me, I can do organizing earlier in the day like noon, reading will be evening, the hardest shit I can only get done at night, and then low energy menial tasks are okay in the morning and okay when I'm sleepy after doing other work at night. If you don't know, give yourself some time to try and see!

As for myself, before I start working (when I want to, not base on any schedule), I write down the staring time and and emotional status at that moment. Then making a record, after about 1 week I can see my pattern a.k.a emotional map. Then I will try to follow that and update the map as I go. Hope this helps ;)

You and people like "us" are not chaotic...this is truly a structured approach. It only feels "chaotic" if we are truly leaving everything to last minute and just turning things in "just in time" all the time (or late). The "chaos" seems only in relation to the deadline. Did the whole med school then MBA thing as well. With experience, I have come to use a lot of these types of structures suggest here but move forward the work ahead so that I am not having to rely fully on a panic mode-due date pressure to actually get my "arse" to do the work. This improved my well-being tremendously.

Amazing, you have articulated what I’ve been doing (or trying to do) my whole life and given me new insight. For example, my issues were with not wanting to face deadlines due to immense pressure and fear that I will not feel motivated to do high energy parts of tasks until close to the deadline, which is frowned upon by others. This worsens my already-impaired executive function and traps me in a loop of shame. Now I know I need only focus on keeping aware of my deadlines and I’ll naturally get work done at my own pace. ❤ Thank you for the inspiration and for being a breath of fresh air in this community.

Oh my god, I think you have just changed something so big in my life, when you said night owl, I actually started giving it some thought for some day, and I realised I may be one, for the past years, I’ve been having extreme fatigue everyday and I’ve been trying to hammer my sleep earlier and earlier for a “productive” day, because I felt like I could restraint my adhd symptoms best in the morning. I’ve improved so much in the past year but the only thing I struggled with was sleeping, so now today I read so many studies on chronotypes and said “oh well I’ll give it a shot” currently it’s 11pm and I went from being insanely tired at 8 to somewhat tired at rn, and as you said there’s so much motivation. I’m not sure if this is just a placebo effect, but thank you for sparking this idea into my life!

This is fantastic, really inspirational stuff. I am someone who often decides, in a high energy state in the evening, that tomorrow I am going to wake up, crack on with some difficult writing and get it done early. I invariably wake up in the morning as a completely different low energy person, then berate myself for not getting the hard work done. This approach seems like it will really help reduce that self-judgement and ensure that I feel OK about the low energy tasks that I can do in the morning. I can then use that high energy evening state for actually getting work done, rather than planning tasks for my unwilling future morning self!

Thank you so much for sharing this. It’s refreshing to hear from someone who has worked with their energy and the way their brain naturally works versus trying to force yourself into a system, which I’m guilty of. It made me feel seen and validated in my chaotic passionate way of doing things. I used to think it’s because I’m inconsistent and will never get good at anything, but your videos have been so helpful in helping me see that we just work differently from those other people and require a more creative approach to harness its potential. Look forward to more videos 😊❤

Interesting concept …but I think warrants further thoughts. 1) for women, monthly period cycles may impact the attention/drive/energy then motivation., 2) timetable driven by others, I’m sure you have task that are imposed on you thus at conflict with your daily attention/drive/energy. So what do you advice in these scenarios ? Also, if you know you have a task imposed on you during your “low” energy times, how do you psychologically cope or motivate yourself?

I really admire you for finding this way of working, instead of the traditional way we are constantly assaulted with. I have a hard time sticking to classic schedules, but I have never figured out how to avoid them. It makes a lot of sense the way you break down tasks according to energy and motivation. It is very analytical and smart. I was more productive in the periods of my life when I had a lot of free time, so that I have the opportunity in a natural way to do what I want to do when it feels right to do it. When I don't have that much time, I usually get overwhelmed by anxiety (and that doesn't help me, because my response to anxiety is procrastination). I hope this method works for me, I feel it will. Great job and thanks for sharing it with us!
