The way he eat with his leg up on the chair is really a Filipino style. Using his bare hands to eat the fish head is really amazing. Most foreigner they don’t eat the head they throw it. But this guy is so amazing learning the Filipino way and speaks fluent Tagalog.

I lived in a heavy Asian suburb of LA (San Gabriel Valley) and would see this at Korean and Chinese restaurants. The ladies would sit Indian style in their chairs and some of the older men would sit like this dude. My Chinese neighbors ate dinner each night at their coffee table in the living room and sat on little sand buckets flipped over. It's so cool learning about cultures different than my own.
