Hi, see you again
This is my version of the butter chicken recipe, I use coconut milk instead of heavy cream. We usually enjoy it with a plate of white rice or roti canai, and this side dish is one of our favorite menus.

And these are the ingredients:
800 gr Whole Chicken, cut into 10 pieces
50 gr Salted Butter
90 ml Coconut Oil
200 ml Thick Coconut Milk + 100 ml Water
100 ml + 100 ml Water
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
Salt To Taste (in this recipe I put 1 tsp Salt)
For Marinate the Chicken:
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Ground Red Chili Pepper
For Paste:
1 Onion
5 Cloves of Garlic
5 Shallot
2 Green Chili
1 Tomato, peel the skin
50 ml Water
*I cook only on low heat in this recipe
