Much respect for talking about this issue. I empathise so much with what you said. That feeling of dread is overwhelming and you are so right in saying do not resist it. I just go with the flow as everything does pass and we can grow so much stronger from these episodes. Thank you, ☘❤

I had panic attacks, but then I also had a bad right kidney. My heart raced like crazy and I was not even scared. The Dr. kept trying to treat me for anxiety. Luckily a few years later everything came to a head and I ended up getting a cat scan and found the bad kidney. Cancer. So careful folks. Sometimes it's food, lack of exercise or cancer..... get a cat scan.

What does panic attacks have to do with cancer? Do you research before telling everyone on here and scaring everyone that its cancer.

It's seems that the common denominator of advice from all these panic videos is to breath or practice mindfulness through muscle contraction and relaxation. These videos claim that you get habituated to the panic attack meaning that overtime the exposure to them reduces the severity. Judging from all the comments on these videos it seems that these techniques are only mildly helpful at best. For those reading this comment and I would like to know if anyone has cracked the code on reducing panic attacks or has taken a medication that has really helped reduce these attacks? Do any of you know what causes your panic attack? For example, do you have OCD fears? Are you claustrophobic or afraid of dying?

This is not exactly what I suggested in the videos. The main key here is to dissolve the panic by dropping the inner resistance to it.

Thank u! So would u say panic attacks are completely treatable please let me know cuz I read somewhere they weren’t and that u can “‘manage” but they wont completely go away which freaked me out but then u said u got over it, so would u say u feel completely normal now?? Thank u !!

Hey alex i got a question , what do you do after you feel like you conquered a panic attack, theres always pointers or signs and overthinking that i dont want it again like its ptsd or something? Appreciate the vid

Personally I often didn't feel too bad after panic attacks. More relieved it's over. But it can vary from person to person.

Panic attacks came back after a long time, but this time I get them while I drive my semi truck, I don’t get them in my car only the truck. Will try your trick, I have been trying to work on them

That sounds like agoraphobia, i get panic attacks when I drive alone but If someone is with me it doesnt happen. Try to lose that fear
