I love this! I'm considering buying this machine so I can sew and embroider. All new to this and you are such a good instructor. I love your attention to detail. Do you think you could do a video showing us how to buy a pattern from Etsy, from the purchase and saving it and putting it onto the thumb drive? I have no idea how to do all that. I do see how at the beginning of the video that you saved it and how, but from the beginning to end would be so helpful. Thank you either way. God bless

Do you not use the sticky stabilizer that dissolves in water? Easy to remove all of the stabilizer. Your work is BEAUTIFUL! Such a lovely design!

Jeanette, I had a bad day yesterday. I couldn't figure out why my Brothers SE 1900 was shredding my thread while embroidering! I finally figured out there is a tin piece that holds #6 position was not sitting correctly! Oh my, I ruined a towel and used up a whole thread from Newbrotheread small thread!! I can't see my Brothers manual even with my bifocals! Thankfully for you and others who teach us! I found my answer on another KZitem site! Please cover this too. Thank you!! Hey Jeanette !! so I also bought a 1900 myself & I am HA-VING TROUUBLEES !!😫 So I am using the embroidery side of the 1900 & the machine was a little less then half way into embroidering a logo and the needle broke , ever since I swapped out the needle , the automatic threader WILL NOT push down all the way .. so it doesn’t thread at all , can u help me please ?? I really appreciate you time 🙏🏾

Oh no! Ace whatever you do, YOU DON"T GIVE UP! Changes are you are using the wrong needle. These are the needles that I use: amzn.to/2PvSv7B Also be sure you putting them in correctly.

Hello Jeanette 💕 I see for your white napkins you use white thread in the bobbin! Am I to assume that if I make grey or tan napkins or any other color that it would be best to match the fabric rather than the top thread…and would/should that be a 40 weight thread?! Thank you in advance 🤗

Hi Tricia. I don't match the color. You can if you like. I do use 40 weight thread unless the design is dense. Then I use 60 wt and a 65/9 needle.

Hi T! I have embroidered on denim. I did the back of a jean jacket for my cousin. She loved it. Just make sure you are using the right needle for the material you are embroidering. That's important. I also float the thicker material. Because it's thick you won't be able to hoop it.

@@tjankovsky1947 Float means that you put in sticky stabilizer in the hoop. You lay the item on top of the sticky stabilizer. Folks do this when they are trying to embroider thick items such as bath towels. I use the float method when I was embroidering the dinner napkins. In fact, I float most of my items. It's just easier.

Hi Jasmia. I tear off the sections on the outside of the design. I place a back covering (tender touch or cloud cover) on the back of the embroidery so it will look nice.

Hi Susan, I have used the Peggy's Stitch eraser when I made mistakes while embroidering. It saves you time. The only thing if you have to be very careful when using it. You can easily cut a hole in the fabric if you press too hard.

Hi Jill. I usually get my frames from Etsy. Do a search for Embroidery frames and you will see many options. As for my fonts, my favorite place to get them is Stitchtopia.

That stablizer isn’t good for towels at all, I use WSS and it’s cheaper as well.

WSS is the topping so the stitches doesn't sink into the fabric. You still need to add stabilizer to the item.

@@prabuelayabuelo Hi Sylvia. I'm not offended at all. I'm always looking for ways to improve. I didn't notice that. That is something I should definitely point out. There have been times when I didn't double-check and the material got under the hoop and then it was sewn together. I can laugh about it now, but after you spent all the time embroidering and then you see some of the materials was caught under the hoop and it got sewn, man....you end up being pissed. LOL.......Good caught!
