Gabi, i just want to say thank you. Thank you for your honesty regarding the care and treatment of your skin. I am so sick of women being shamed for caring about their looks and in particular anti-aging. Yes, aging is a gift but theres no reason women should be shamed for wanting to look our best. The "I just rolled out of bed, I havent worn makeup in years and i love my gray hair" look may be the new black but it's not for me, never will be, and I'm not afraid to say it!! And if my ship ever comes in, I will definitely look into these products in this vlog.

I bought this after seeing your video, Gabi. The tip of my nose and the top of my forehead are always dry and scaly from sun damage as a kid. No matter how often I exfoliate it doesn’t go away. I’ve tried everything and nothing worked… till now! After only a week of use it was gone. After two weeks my skin is looking so much younger. I can’t wait till it’s been 90 days! Your tutorials are da bomb but I really appreciate this product recommendation. It’s expensive but my skin is worth it.

Not that I'm saying you're doing anything wrong or that you've went overboard, but just to know for the future. I love his advices. As much as I love your content. 👌😘 P.S. Regarding not setting concealer with powder- I've seen MUA's spraying beauty blender with setting spray and then blending the concealer. Or you can do it just like you did with a brush, but instead of brush, you use b.blender. I think it's a fantastic hack.

I got better skin when i removed sugar and all plants/veggies from my food lifestyle. No fruits no veggies no sugar no processed food no fast food no carbs. I don't cook with any seed oils (vegetable, corn, saflower, etc.). Now my dark circles are gone, zero acne, no rosacea... I'm in my 50's and I've been told I look in my 30's. My siblings ask me why I don't have wrinkles and they do. My skincare routine is just basic now too lol. I don't even wear moisturizer, I just wash my face and put on a serum. Plants don't want to be eaten, they contain toxins and are high in oxalates which your kidney and liver can't handle (Search Sally Norton on KZitem). That's how one can get good skin, for free. This lifestyle isn't for everyone but I just wanted to throw that out there. We are what we eat and we don't need to get our nutrition from fruits and veggies. But like I said, it isn't for everyone and sugar is addicting. God bless everyone

It's worked miracles for me, and the doctor I went to also offers a stem cell microneedling facial treatment, which I'm tempted to try, but they can't do the treatment around my eyes, which is my problem area. I think I may try the PTT6 eye cream offered by the company you mentioned in this video. I'm 54, so I have a lot more creasing, wrinkles and loose, crepey skin under my eyes than you do. I am 54 and have been using calecim multi action cream for 18 months. I do like it although I wish it didn’t have parabens. I think my skin is a little firmer ( although I also take anti ageing supplements). However I have very thin skin with a loss of volume and there has been no significant improvement in this area. It absorbs like a serum and in the summer I just use a spf over it.

The multi action cream is a treatment cream so it's not for hydration. It does absorb completely into the skin. Are you using anything over it for hydration (like the restorative cream)? I’m still experimenting. I am really looking forward to the mascara video! Thank you! I tried getting the tinted moisturizer look that you demonstrated by mixing a tiny drop of the L’Oreal Age Perfect foundation with a larger drop of a chemical sunscreen that is lightweight and super hydrating and leaves a dewy finish. Where are they getting stem cells from?
@calecimprofessional
Жыл бұрын
Hi there, thanks so much for the question! Our parent company, Cell Research Corporation, has the global patent for umbilical cord lining stem cells. These are the highest yield, highest purity and strongest stem cells known to mankind. It is a non-invasive capture as the umbilical cord is typically discarded after birth. For CALECIM, we use Red Deer umbilical cord stem cells. We have only ever used ONE single umbilical cord for all of the products that we have ever sold. There is no harm to the Deer or Faun. It is important to stress that there are no cells in the product, just the growth factors and proteins that are excreted by the stem cells. Please let me know if you have any questions

And it doesn't matter that "a little goes a long way" bcs there's only so many drops in a teaspoon.😅 That much money and it would last a week maybe....And...if they are so scientific..why do they have the cream in an open jar?😅 Another thing with messing with stemcells is that even if it speeds up things and make things look better now...We don't know how it will affect the cells longer term!? I mean...I want to like this product, but the pricing is insane and the packaging plus the effects long term are questionable. For a glowy, dewy skin that don't break your budget I suggest Make Prem Safe Me Relief Watery Cream. Sadly in a jar aswell, but atleast it gives really good results for a modest amount of money. Will this help hyperpigmentation? I have two significant areas about the size of a dime 😭 it's what takes me soo long doing my makeup & I'll be 50yo in June, and one of the hyperpigmentation marks is smack dab in between my #11 marks on my forehead, so it's a nightmare. Luckily i have bangs, but the one on my jawline is soo hard to cover. I'm going to try this line regardless. But if u can, could u make a video about covering hyperpigmentation? And/or getting rid of it? Love your channel, btw. ❤ God bless 🙏😘

Hi! CALECIM Professional here! Great question, but don't worry! The PTT-6 that is in our Hair line is reformulated for Hair Growth so you won't experience any unwanted hair growth on the face! The growth factors in PTT-6 can differentiate between the hair follicles on our scalp and the ones on our face, when applied to the skin, it will have anti-aging and hydrating benefits. Our sister company, Sollagen, uses PTT-6 for Chronic wound healing. It truly is an incredible active ingredient. Please let me know if you have any qs!

What is the origin / source of the “stem cells” in the product line you mentioned ? Is it plant-based or from a different source?
@kerrieelliott3810

Yes, good question!
@dearjoan

As per their website their active ingredient is "Cord Lining Conditioned Media" from red deers. So that's umbilical cord & not plant based. Calecim reminded me of the Augustinus Bader line which I use, and their complex TFC8. Their line is vegan and cruelty free and also works wonders. They don't use stem cells as ingredients but use ingredients that reactivate your own stem cells.

The cost of the Calecium products are prohibitive for many, let's face it ... who can afford $300 to $500 a pop?! Or who is willing to spend that sum?! @@ashleymartin1236 I wasn't talking about the Peach and Lily line, I was referring to the products which Gabi was using on this video, i.e. Calecim Professional Serum and Calecim Multi Action Cream. Have you actually looked at the price of the Calecium products?
@GlamGirlGabi
Жыл бұрын
I know there are some heated feelings about the price. This is a medical line for people who are super committed to skincare or who have issues with their skin that they want to address on a medical level. This is an option that is available for people to purchase that has worked wonders for me. If Peach and Lily works for you and it sits at a better price point, you should absolutely use that. Always use whatever works the best for you. ❤️
@GlamGirlGabi
Жыл бұрын
Hey Celeste! If tretinoin works for you and it sits at a price point that is more comfortable, you should absolutely use that. This is just one option that has worked wonders for me but, like anything in beauty, it’s not the only option. The cost of these products however are warranted. The research and development alone and the calibre of the scientists working on this is mind boggling. If you go on the website and read about it, it’s remarkable. The serum is used for wound care in burns victims. This is not just a moisturizer in some fancy bottle (actually the bottle isn’t even fancy lol!) but again, it’s not for everyone. You’re valid in recognizing that it is expensive. For someone like me who felt incredibly uncomfortable for my entire life with my skin, it is worth the money though.

Where does the company obtain its stem cells?

@calecimprofessional

Hi there, thanks so much for the question, a few people have asked this so I will provide the same answer, please let me know if you need anything explained further!

No problems with breakouts when starting this? My skin is a mess with acne
@GlamGirlGabi

My breakouts weren’t terrible when I started this product line to be completely honest. The biggest improvement was in how supple my skin became, how tonally even and how firm it got. The thing that made my acne completely disappear was Accutane. It was intense to go on it but after one round, my acne was completely cured. I still get a pimple here and there during my period but for the most part, it’s good now. I just want to be honest bc this line is not for curing acne so I don’t want you to spend the money and be disappointed.
