Two hours into my sleep I woke up feeling terrible. My first thought was to feel like a victim and believing there was a long night in front of me. My head, my eyes, my esophagus, a cough, an old rib injury, lots of different muscles, and maybe my joints IIRC.
But in my sorry state, remembered what to do and fell asleep pain free in 2-3 minutes. It might have been even faster.
