Hello dearest, I am so glad to see you again, I love you and your twin boys much more cos I am a mom of twins like you)) and I am quite happy seeing you have so gorgeous figure and pose now!! I have a question for you, I also had a C-section delivery of ma twins 6 months ago but I cannot be so active as I was and like you watching this videos cos I still feel pain in my back whenever I do some kinda activity more than 5-10 minutes, thats why I am wondering maybe you also experienced that pain and what did you do to lose it or is this common to feel such hurt within a year...honestly, I am in need of your advice dear...

I know this has already been mentioned in the comments, but can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me the exact diet plan you had while growing your glutes and transforming your body in that 6 month-year? Your diet from morning till night and also supplements if you took any?? I understand everyone has a different 🧬 and body type but I’m going to try and do everything you’re doing and try to get more results! And this really makes me want to go to the gym again (its been a min cause of covid and babies) but a problem i have is being super shy and intimidated in the gym. Especially around the weights area because everyone seems to know exactly what they need to do…any tips for starting out? 😓

I’ve followed some of the workouts in this video twice now. I’m just started out so I don’t want to go crazy and quit working out. I’ve realized my resistance bands are shit and always curl up. What brand are you using for your bands?

This was ME before getting pregnant with twin boys! I had to quit the gym due to being at risk of delivering too early. I am currently 3 weeks postpartum and seeing you motivates me to return to my pre-pregnancy body 🙏🏼❤️

Love it! ❤ I'm too shy to do barbell glute bridges and hip thrusts at my gym lol. I will have to gain the confidence to do them and add it to my leg day. Thank you for idea of doing these exercises in supersets and doing drop sets. I've just started to implement doing my sets till failure and then progressive overload. Glad you're back and look forward to your videos! ❤

Hey so what might help with glute building is doing a really good squeeze at the end of your squat. That'll help activate them even more. 😁

That actually impedes my form so I’d rather not do it in the squats and choose to squeeze using other exercise!

4 days a week! And I go at 5 AM so Lee is home and the boys are sleeping. Right now I am visiting Florida(that’s where I filmed this video) so Lee and I can go together because grandma can watch the boys!
