“You fixate on them because you see them as the solution” this is sooo true as Ive noticed any time I start to obsess and fixate on my SP its actually because I have really low self concept and Im looking for them to fix it. Hi Joy, I came across your Instagram and that led me here. I just want to say that I was feeling some anxiety and I am currently manifesting my SP and I went through exactly the things you mentioned. I like how you kindly and gently say that its okay and that having the knowledge is key to change and work towards being better. Thank you for this video, I really learned more from you today. This was needed. The thought of being alone has brought me so much anxiety which in turn causes me to become “overbearing” to my partner. Learning to put my self at the centre and redirecting my energy towards me Thank you

Learning your attachment style is necessary for targeted healing and learning the wounds you have that are causing the unwanted dating patterns. As soon as you learn what wounds you have you can start healing them. If affirmations work for you then you can affirm the opposite. Affirmations helped heal me. I still have more work to do but i dont have majority of the triggers i used to have. As well now at work i get validated and praised which never used to happen.

Having anxiety is probably genetic - and so it is essential to learn to deal with it. This was an excellent video on how to deal with this issue.
