I found that caffeine was impacting my anxiety a lot. The pressure in my head stopped after a few weeks of being off caffeine. Mindfulness helped me too, I was using a workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels that I enjoyed.

Must get worst before u get better... its also ah mind game u have to accept the symptoms as just anxiety and though i feel like crap they cannot harm me... just keep reminding yourself that its just anxiety and im ok... dont fight with your symptoms
