Super proud of your journey! I used to weigh 125 and my biggest weight has been 200. That I gained over the past decade. It has been really hard to change my lifestyle. And I admire people who have done it. The gym has always intimidated me. I hope these workouts are apartment friendly. Oh let me watch and subscribe

Walking 20mins 3x a day has helped manage my weight for years and now working from home I gained weight from not walking as much

I lost weight without the gym too and am now trying to lose some cause I gained ab 12lbs after the holidays up until now. It's doable, just gotta stay focused. Nice vid 👌

I use nonfat Greek yogurt anytime I want to make something creamy. I use that instead of sour cream, and sometimes if I'm having a bowl of some of the stews I make, I put a spoonful in and mix it up and it just makes it more creamy. It's delicious and you get a bonus of added protein because greek yogurt has a lot.

I appreciate all the tips you have given, they are very realistic and doable. I am hoping to lose 15lbs in 3 months and will be trying your approach . I just need to be patient and trust the process.

I’m that person who’s been struggling for YEARS to lose weight because my lawyer lifestyle is so busy and stressful. I’ve been trying to lose weight and I’ve had some success here and there but nothing long lasting or near my goal. I’m getting pretty down about it too but I’m now feeling inspired to keep going after watching your video. Light exercise like walking or even a quick KZitem video in addition to my treadmill is definitely something that I can do. Thank you for posting this Amy! You’re such a superstar! Can you post a video about making time to cook and eating properly when doing take out if you have a busy lifestyle? The one thing that I’ve never been able to get under control is my eating habits and I would love it if you could post this type of video. Thanks again for this awesome motivational content!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Definitely, you’ve got this! When I first started on my treadmill I would actually watch an episode of real housewives while working out to pass the time! I can definitely make a video like that, but I’m a big fan of 2-3 day dinners that reheat well (soup, shepherds pie, egg roll in a bowl) because it saves me from having to cook every single day

Hey girl, I cook once a week. I'll make 2 different things, like this week turkey burgers and a stew with rice and lentils, and I portion them out into Tupperware and have them in the fridge ready so when it's mealtime, I literally just open the fridge and grab the meal and heat it in the microwave. I'll eat those two things I cooked and a smoothie everyday for that week. The next Sunday I'll make 2 more meals, etc. The key is portioning them out for me ahead of time, so I know exactly how much I'm eating.

If you’re eating take out, portion it out to two or three meals and add half a large plate of Greek salad with lemon and olives.

Love the tips they served as great reminders for me :). Currently need to release over 1 stone to get back to my goal weight. I am eating in a calorie deficit & focusing on burning calories at the gym. I am taking my weight loss slow and steady though aiming to release 1 pound every 2 weeks x

Eat half a large place of Greek salad with every meal first and then eat the rest of what you normally would eat. It’s easier to add healthy things first than to take away bad things

Great video, did you do any other workouts besides the treadmill to lose weight? Did you do incline or walk flat? Did you do squats? How did you get your arms slim i wanna get my arms smaller , should i lift weights if so 3 or 5 pound weights?

On the treadmill I was doing incline walking at 3.2-3.5mph on 12 incline for 30 mins or HIIT sprints. Walking outside is a variety of different terrain
