We all need your brother as our hypeman for training 💪 i was like woah, little man has some motivation magic, I feel so hyped now! Can you do a video on gaining weight (muscle/body fat) to gain strength. Literally dont know how but i lost 20lbs since January (was studying for an exam) but still have my strength (im over 1:1 lbs for lbs) and i want to gain the weight back to grow my strength and muscles more but it's hard to do the surplus. Any tips would be awesome! Love from Canada! It's our independence day today, Canada Day 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Love watching your journey! Make sure you start in the prone position on the sprint drag carry. I know there’s lots of stupid little details but things like that cause you to fail the event unfortunately! Again I’d highly encourage having someone email you a copy of ATP 7-22.1- the army reg that explains each event in excruciating detail lol

Be careful when you start your speed work in running. Don't go all-out in the beginning -- ease into it, because it's so easy to injure something, especially the Achilles tendon, but also the hamstring. Either injury takes a long time to rehab. Good Luck🥰

For reg standard, on cement you add more weight, it's suppose to 95 on grass/turf and then i believe 135 for cement

That was a glorious day, wasn't it? Learn to treasure those beauties. Old DFW lady tip: Blow off work and take a lake day, when it's (relatively) cool, here, in the dead of summer, like that.

Wow! So strong. I don’t know that I would ever be able to bench that much. The most I’ve ever tried and done is 85 pounds and I could do a few reps.. does it matter how much you weigh in regards to how much you can lift? Like I’m a small person only 5’1 and 113ish pounds if I were bigger would I be able to lift more? I guess I should just compare myself to myself and not to others nice work though you’ll ace that test for sure

Yes your weight definitely impacts your strength! Height does too but often times shorter people have an advantage. Short people can squat like no other!

@@striketochill Everyone’s different. As a short person I can bench easier than squats or deadlifts.

I've also been training the ACFT. I'm a civilian, just doing it for fun. My best time on the Sprint Drag Carry is 1:54. The event I struggle most with by far is the 2 mile run. Best event is the Deadlift, which I can max score. My ultimate goal is to score at least 70pts in each event. I'm pretty much there, but that's training them individually. I have yet to attempt them all together in the full test. I plan to do so at the end of this summer, I think. Awesome video! Thanks for the inspiration!

Can you look into making supplements that won't interfere with birth control? I would love to try some of yours but I read that chasteberry should not be taken with hormonal BC :( I know that there's also iffy things that can often be in a lot of greens supplements
