I show you another episode of my training in preparation to run 3,000 km from the border of Mexico and the United States to San Pedro Sula, Honduras. This day I get up at 4 am to run 42.8 km from Naco to Naranjito, Santa Barbara. I climb a total of 909 meters of mountains, burn 2,551 calories and film content at the same time. The training lasts 8 hours and 28 minutes and ends at the Naranjito school where the children show me the roof of the school destroyed by a tree that fell during a storm last year.
*This is my first video recorded entirely by a GoPro. Let me know in the comments what you think.
