This video should be the default explanation reply to any client asking "you can do that quickly in post, right?"! The amount of work required for a 30 sec intro like that is astonishing, yet most take results like that for granted and think it can be done in 5 minutes! Great job Zebra Zone!

Hey man, could you make more deitailed tutorials on how you make videos? The atmosphere you create sometimes and the way you present your topics/stories is impressive! Also you seem to have a lot of know how about color grading and setup/scenery choice. I'm sure you noticed the positive feedback to your videos in the comment section and if you would upload more educational content about video making I'm sure you could be one of the most successful youtubers in that regard.

I would be interested in seeing a similar VFX comp in DR’s Fusion page. Just to compare and contrast the capabilities of each companies compositing software! As well as seeing which software does it with the most efficiency... I have not yet found a great video comparing the two in depth with a more sophisticated comp like this one.

That whole After Effects part with 100s of layers, that is insane. To be honest, I think that part specifically would be much better accomplished using Resolve's Fusion. With nodes. Would save you a HUGE amount of time. This is exactly the kind of stuff that node workflow was made for.

Pre-composition is your friend, it allows you to apply effects on all objects within it so you don't have to copy them over. If you have several duplicates of the same precomp then changing one object within it will cause change to all copies of the precomp as well. Not only that, you can also preview effects more efficiently because not everything will be rendered at once. I'm honestly surprised you didn't know about all of that considering your execution was so fantastic! Well worth the effort m8

The only issue I have with this improvement it’s till that time, everything probably will be animated on different programs. But I recognize mastery when I see it. Feedback? Instead of the images of yourself in the left window, have the last image of the last program in there, premiere in Davinci when in davinci and davinci in premiere when there, also a cross dissolve between the image that moves to resolve 16, additionally motion blur on the zoom outs to make it more dynamic, and one last thing... when you transitioned from the logo would’ve looked cleaner to have the circle match up with the one that was centred on the screen.

Definitely would have used precomps to tidy up the project. Either that or a plug-in I use called Free Compose which essentially groups layers so you can show and hide them, but still maintain control in that comp. Awesome video 🙂
