I have been doing Intermittent Fasting for the past 5 years. It’s been nothing but Bliss. Weight Control, Hormones on Check 👊
I also try to do 10,000 steps Daily ( at least 4-5 times a week)
But I feel the most important is my Diet. No matter what I eat, when I am conscious and I need to be in control, I try not to exceed 1500 Calories Daily ( no matter what I eat). I could crave Puff Puff and Ice Cream and I still discipline myself not to go overboard. So this is one typical Day (on a Day I think Weight Loss) 🥰😍
1st Meal - Smoothie Bowl with little Granola ( Granola has a lot of Calories)
2nd Meal - Grilled Fish in Oilless Sauce, Steamed Broccoli 🥦 , Airfried Sweet Corn in Herbs and Butter
3rd Meal- Freshly Squeezed Juice
Water ( as much as possible)
