Can't understand the purpose of getting loan from SBI if $19,000 is given in scholarship per year and total cost per year comes out $20,000. Just $1000 is there to be managed which can be managed by part time job which he does. Then why and where did he use the loan money?

Yes, you can apply for a Master's degree abroad if you have a good GPA in your bachelor's course and good test scores on IELTS, GRE, GMAT, etc. However, this majorly depends upon the course you wish to apply for, and also the Universities. Try to work on your CV, so that it does not affect your application. Try to excel in the fields and skills that are related to the course you wish to pursue, or you can try to give a couple of tests and score well for better chances to get admitted!

No. You are allowed to work 20 hours per week. You cannot work more than that and you have to work only on campus. Working off campus is illegal

GRE coachings generally suck. I'd recommend gregmat. I scored 323 using a gregmat subscription. Hope it helps. All the best.

22:32 I dont understand the line of reasoning in this part. That guy should have actually sued the person in the car if it was a bad accident as you say. Why would it affect on H1B? I believe its completely unrelated.
