Wow these are actually really amazing tips!! Meal prepping gets so exhausting, but I love the idea of preparing versatile ingredients and using them in various ways. I absolutely cannot eat the same thing everyday so this was such a helpful video :-)

This is what I do a lot of too. I tried meal prepping at one time and cooking for the week, and that ended up being more time consuming and tiring. Plus, I got bored of the dishes really fast and wasted food. I will also eat a full family size bag of chips if I don't have quick meal options at the ready. Still building my recipes. I'd love to see some of your recipes that utilize tofu as the main protein 😋 Thank you for sharing 😊
