@cupriferouscatalyst3708
2 жыл бұрын
Close to absolute expert, yeah. How much training you'd need would depend on how much of it you wanna do yourself. He already made the quest system for example, so you could use that presumably just by reading the documentation for it, but if you want more control over your game you'll wanna learn to code in C++ too. So maybe eight hours a day for a year or two to learn all the UE features you'd need, and if you learn blueprints you can make pretty much anything, but it'll be less optimized, and being familiar with coding already will help. I have no idea how long it'd take to learn this level of C++, I borrowed a book on it once but gave up as soon as I saw how thick it was.

As an editor, I think your video would be 10/10 if you add music especially at transitions, like using the game's theme song between transition to another part of the video. Also, this would be come out better if you use jump cuts transition instead of fade out transition. You can still use fade out transitions if you fade in the audio next to the next clip. These are just editor in-sight tips, your video is so great! Looking forward into supporting your content in the future.

And Bethesda with all the money in the world, still can't figure out how to make multiplayer games.

Honestly they should have never even bothered with Fallout 76. We have an overabundance of multiplayer games and there is nothing wrong with some companies only making single player games. Even if Fallout 76 launched with out all the problems, it would of still been better to just have another singleplayer Fallout game or just focus 100% on Starfield and Tes 6 instead. I hope Bethesda GS sticks to singleplayer only from here on out.

@@darkstar-mq3mb I agree but at the same time eso had problems at launch and now it's good I'm sure 76 will get there soon and there isn't really a overabundance of multiplayer games I actually wish there were more multiplayer/co-op games I think there are just more people talking about multiplayer games cause they grow communities but there's def more single player stuff. And I'd love for Bethesda to evolve from just single player to more multiplayer stuff cause the genres and worlds they create work well to be discovered together with friends or strangers but I don't think that means they will never make a single player game again tho. The bugs are another issue on its own.

@darkstar-mq3mb
3 жыл бұрын
@@isbebanta6514 I enjoyed ESO as an MMORPG but it was not actually made by Bethesda Game Studios. Also while it was enjoyable it was the worst Elder Scrolls game I have played (Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim and eso). It doesn't feel nearly as immersive as the past entry's, like seriously go back an play Skyrim and you feel way more immersed than you ever do in ESO. Also I disagree about the more singleplayer games at least for triple A games. So many companies have decided to do multiplayer now and even if it is a game focused on a singleplayer campaign they tack on some sort of multiplayer usually. Both Bioware and Bethesda who are known for their singleplayer rpgs in the past made multiplayer games for their most recent releases. I still think there are a good amount of both multiplayer and singleplayer games but definitely seems like a lot of companies are shifting priority to multiplayer. Bethesda GS was known for making amazing immersive singleplayer open world sandbox roleplaying games and that's what they are best at. They should stick to what they are good at and what most fans would be pleased with rather than making multiplayer games. One they are not good at making them, two it makes them focus on multiplayer mechanics rather than enhancing other more important mechanics, three if it is like eso or Fallout 76 it hinders the modding capabilities which is one thing their games are known for and four multiplayer makes their games feel less immersive due to changes made for multiplayer. While I do prefer singleplayer if they do feel the need to add multiplayer and could get it to work well with out making other aspects of their games worse then it should be done with co-op. Similar to Outward or Divinity Original Sin. Maybe your friend takes the place of your follower or just joins you and your followers as just another member in the group and then when they leave they go back to their game (similar to Outward or Dying Light). The other way would be similar to Divinity were you can create a second character if you start a multiplayer game and you and your friend just share this save as a multiplayer playthrough. Maybe you could add a follower at a tavern or in who your friend can then play as anytime they hop into your game. Then choices are decided by whom ever has higher skill checks when you disagree on a choice. Imo these two ways would be the best way to handle it without taking away from the singleplayer or completely ruining the game from what makes the series so special to try and fit a multiplayer style game. But even these potential features could take time away that could be spent making other areas of the game better.

Yeah... No. You're no way near as talented or ambitious as Bethesda developers and this is no way near a Skyrim remake that's worth $25. The fact you're charging people to access it is pretty hilarious, you know you could just get a job like normal people and you wouldn't be so desperate for money to pay your rent.

Just a question couldn't you've used Unreal's metahuman to get different faces with rigs? Or was it too time consuming to do it since you only had a week?
