Interesting I never knew you could freeze eggs but a great idea of course I don’t have chickens so I don’t have to worry. Wonderful video a wonderful video. Thanks for the information. Love you, Stacey.❤ aunt Sandy

Excellent Stacey 😎We've got freezer bags full of homegrown strawberries at the moment, they'll be coming to an end soon.

Hi Stacey, What exactly you do when you want to use them from the freezer? Do you take them out of the freezer the night before and rest them in the refrigerator until the next morning? Thanks!

Hi there. Yes, that's a great question. I usually take them out a few hrs before I'm going to use them or the same day is fine. I've noticed they will spoil if left in the refrigerator for too long. The eggs will become pretty thick when you defrost them, that is totally normal and weird at first if your not used to it lol. I just usually add the milk right to the bag and mix it together in there before dumping it in the skillet for scrambled eggs. You can also freeze your eggs without scrambling them if you prefer to do it that way.. just crack the eggs into a bowl (how ever many your freezing together) and transfer them into a freezer bag without scrambling them😊You can scramble the eggs in a bowl once they thaw out, which usually takes a few hrs in the fridge. You can also defrost them under warm water for 20 minutes, just make sure the bag doesn't have any holes it it lol.. There are so many ways to do it. I use both methods 😉 I'm pretty new to freezing eggs and it has helped so much to save what I can't use up right away 😊
