I used to only set yearly goals but I realized that quarterly goals worked better for me. I can readjust my goals partially through the year and it helps me be more focused

Hi Aja - Thank you for sharing how you set effective, quarterly goals to achieve your dreams. We can all learn from each other and how we do things. I really like how thorough and detailed you are when discussing the process. Wishing you all the best with the upcoming launch/restock of the planners. Stay safe and well x :-) Congrats again to both you and Brian on your engagement xxx

I set 6 months worth of goals from about April to September mostly focused on school and language learning. While I had other goals those were my main ones and so far their both almost complete and then I will reevaluate my next steps.

Hello! Thank you! Such honest, inspiring, relatable and actionable video. :) I have a question... Do you have a separate session like this with Brian? Cause I wonder how we balance our personal goals when we share our lives with a significant other. So... How does all that blend into the bigger picture (going through life together)? :)
@fueltofiregroups

Wow, great question! I've owned a business with my hubby for 30 years and we've been together for like a million years - haha. I recommend having a date with your significant other where you discuss your big exciting goals you'd both like to set. Circle the one's which are similar. Once you have those determined, create a plan for how to make it real - kind of like a map. You're going to have so much fun and it's awesome for strengthening your relationship too! Have fun!

DEFINITELY recommend Jeremy’s investment course from Personal Finance Club. Very very affordable, FULL of knowledge and step by step on how to open an account, invest, etc. and every month he donates 10% of the revenues to different organizations and sometimes schools and teachers. He also has office hours, and continues to add new materials to the course for free

Her comment on "why are you doing this?" is extremely important. I have seen people, for example, start a 100 push-ups challenges to later quit/fail after one month. I would ask "why did you take the challenge;" they give me a blank stare! Set goals that you know "the why" and have meaning to you, not others. "Breaking down your goals every four months"... so not quarterly? 12÷4 is 3, so they're 'thirds' goals. Quarterly goals would need to be done very 3 months - 4 sets (or quaters) of 3 months.
