sometimes I changed the routine, like run in another route, challenge myself to workout in the way I haven't done before. or take a break for few days.

i switch a workout / a whole workout day that makes me lose my motivation to another that makes me motivated, like when i should do upper body but i reall don’t feel like it; i switch it to a happy cardio!

Three things motivate me to Keep on track. a) The progress I've made so far, comparing myself to how I was 1.5 year ago that I started training b) Other people, like you, that keep pushing themselves and don't quit, enen though their hard daily schedule c) And the fact that in any way I want to get back to the state I was before I had known working out benefits (physical and mental)!!!

I love what you said about evaluating day by day! I feel the same. If there are days when I am just not feeling it, I will make an agreement with myself to do 15 minutes of something that gets my heart rate up, and it's helped me make it habit and not a chore or something i can only do when i am feeling amped. Once something is a habit, it feels weird to not do it. Also, feeling strong makes me want to feel STRONGAH.

I love your chats, keep them coming please❣️ Week 8 is about to start..crazy how there’s only 3 weeks left of the Epic Endgame program, which is supposed to be the LAST of the Epic programs 🥺. I’ve been training with CG for almost a whole year (started on March 2021) I cannot imagine my life without epic even if some days are tough.

However, there’s a possibility she might take a (rightful) time off. She may look like a superhero but she needs rest just like the rest of us mere mortals. I have very similar motivational routine - work out in the mornings daily, to get it done before the day begins and I procrastinate :) also depending on my cycle and how I feel that day, I might change the workout video to a more gentle one. Otherwise my usual take on workouts: just start them and give myself permission to stop if it does not feel good - which happens very very rarely, but the option is always open :)

I’m doing week 6 from tomorrow. I took a break after my exam (which I passed!) and did random workouts. Excited to get back to structured training (until my next exam 🥲) What’s keeping me motivated to keep going is just knowing that if I really want a break day I’ll take it. As long as the workouts don’t feel like a punishment I have fun with it hehe.

Hi Jaime - I just started following you this week and these videos have been incredible. I appreciate how honest you are. And I’m loving these chats before the workouts. I’ve struggled a lot with staying consistent with fitness since I started a year and a half ago, but I’m really focusing on building consistency this year. For right now, I’m doing 20 minute workouts at least 3x a week, but I plan on building upon that. I think my mistake was thinking I needed to do really long workouts or it didn’t really count, but now I understand it’s super important to build a love for working out, and move forward from there. I think watching your videos will help with that since they’re very motivating. Keep up the amazing work! You got this!

How to get motivated?good question in a wrong time as i am so unmotivated those days :) maybe because of the cold weather that makes me feel lazy, or that hard times we all got into it.. but anyways i am trying to stay on track 1- i put on my favourite music as sometimes i feel like i don't want to listen to the video's music😂 just put my music on and chilling with the hype 2- looking at the calendar,looking at that days that i did and remind myself that i can do it 3- thinking of what i will feel after the workout , not before it as starting is the hardest thing as you know 4- knowing that whenever i want i can take rest days and not rush the progress 5- last but not least watching your videos,i always say "what? I managed to do this workout too? Woww!!" So thank you for posting those amazing videos and always made me feel proud and glad of both of us❤️ I am on week7 now as i took a rest week due to finals..i am really looking forward to finish and smash that programme together all of us❤️❤️ Sorry for that long paragraph tho😂

Had to take a week off because I was ill so I am starting with week 6 tomorrow :) Really missed working out and the routine I built up over the last five weeks. I always thought that it wasn’t a good sports session without sweating, but with the routine of the endgame Programm I changed my mind. But some days I prefer doing 30 minutes cardio before the actual workout (not in leg days because.. I am dying on leg days 😂).

I started and had to stop for now. Life has been too hectic atm with a new job+the old one for the next few weeks. I surely plan on going back to it once I get to a more normal timetable 😊 in the meantime I follow through you!

It's strange but I generally sweat more while doing low impact workouts or lower body workouts 😅 Jaime I especially want to say Thank you for adding a segment where you talk on subject which are very sensitive but you do it perfectly. Love you 😘❤

Currently doing the Epic Endgame as well and having my problems with keeping up the motivation, so glad for the chat you did there 😅💕 for me, the biggest problem is, i do team sports twice a week and love doing long runs which are quite exhausting as well 2 or 3 times a week, so its not possible for me to do 5 extra workouts in a week (usually i do 2-3 strenght trainings when not sticking to a workout plan). So i always felt like its not worth starting a challenge because i cant do it in the "right" time and it will make getting through the challenge not the same success as doing it just in the planned time... but now i figured out ill just do it in "my" pace and thats just as well! i do the 3 strenght focussed workouts in the epic endgame challenge and if i am not too sore from my other sports also the full body ones, but giving myself at least one full rest day per week is too important for me, so i leave out the cardio ones & feeling great with this structure for me !

I don't do Caroline's programs, but I am doing Sydney Cummings ones instead. She does 5 per week, but that's not realistic for me so I just do 3 a week instead and take a bit longer to finish. It's better to do what you can sustain rather than give up entirely.

I think you included all my tips for a workout, in my case it also works to workout first thing in the morning, the later I workout the more time I have to talk myself out of it haha Also, do it for the afterfeeling!!

I like the idea of sticking to a program but then I have fomo for other workouts and feel like I’m falling behind 😂. I try to aim for 60 minutes each of cardio, strength and pilates/barre every week because I get bored easily. Love caroline but feel like most of her workouts are overwhelmingly long 😳

Nowadays I'm not doing workout because my exams are going on and it'll end up in 5 days so I'm having lots of stuffs to study and not having time to exercise.... I always just admired those strong women's bodies with six packs as a kid which was unimaginable on me....I can't believe the progression.
