Dmitry's video on the hair brushing technique and what worked for him to stop his hair loss kzitem.info/news/bejne/q4R_qXmPqIV8iJg 1. Lifestyle change 2. Nutrition change 3. Proper hydration 4. Reduction of stress 5. Movement everyday 6. Scalp massage with brush 1-2x/day (2-5 minutes each time) 7. Water softener for the shower 8. Taking care of any scalp condition you may have That's it y'all! Forgot to add to get in your vitamin D every day by getting enough sun! Zero supplements needed :) Yoo and for everyone trying to throw shit on this saying that it's not legit, etc. keep in mind that this is only 3-4 months in. Re-growth is beginning to take place and shedding has stopped. That's what I wanted to share. At no point did I say I have fully regrown my hair. It is in the process and I wanted to show that and show what I am doing that is working for me. This is not click bait. Both times I cut the hair at the same length (#1 guard). Before pic is just grown slightly for a day or so more as my hair grows rapidly. If you don't believe me well alright then 🤷♂️That's on you. I'm literally just sharing my experience. Not trying to sell anything lol. Anyway, I hope that if you are trying to stop your hairless that you could take something useful away from this upload. Much love everyone

What's your take on meat and it being acidic and hence causing inflammation?

Hey bro! I heard your whole back story. I suffer from alopecia areata. It’s been a year since I saw my first bald spot. My scalp improved a little since then but I decided to go a carnivore diet 3 weeks ago because I was convinced it would help me. I decided to do and felt really good but I ended losing all the hair I gained and more because I think that the diet change shocked my body and I also didn’t take my vitamins and minerals with this high fat diet. I basically shat bricks after that and came back to eating a “balanced diet” excluding dairy and gluten. I believe diet plays a big role in healing the body but I’m so confused as to what will help. I’m to scared to go back to the carnivore diet but some people suggest that your body goes through an adaptation period. Can you please keep us informed on your diet progress and results. It will help us greatly. Thanks bro, God bless you 🙏🏾
@aanghel

Crazy stuff. I remember stumbling upon this video a year ago when I was 18 with a full head of thick hair and thinking "Man why I am I even watching this, There is no way I will ever start losing my hair". Now at 19 over the past few months I've started noticing that why hair is getting thinner and it's not growing as thick and dense as before. In the past year I have just started my college course and my diet and lifestyle have become really poor, I have been under constant stress from College work, Waking up early in the morning and not getting enough sleep that night because of staying late to work on projects or socialize with friends, Social stress from constantly having to deal with new people, And eating a poor diet because I've been more busy than ever before and have had less opportunity to eat my own food and instead buy premade food that usually isn't so good, usually at the college cafeteria. On top of that I was trying to exercise 5 days a week mindlessly going to each workout and training my ass off even though my body clearly couldn't recover from the physical stress and needed me to rest. You get the picture. So now I am watching this video again. And realizing that I actually do need it. Strange how things work in this world sometimes. I'm have already in the past few weeks made some of the changes and the difference in my hair both in volume and the quality of the hairs is starting to become apparent. Your story gives me hope that it's not too late for me.

But yeah, epigenetics refers to the traits that are variable depending on your environmental factors, the reason why identical twins aren't EXACTLY identical despite having identical DNA composition. Also why eating healthy while you're growing up causes you to be taller, etc. Genes can be turned on and off by environmental factors, hope I helped :)

There are many ways to be vegan. And many ways can damage you if not done properly. I've been vegan twice. 1) First few weeks I felt better 2) After a month or so I felt I was goin weaker, so I quit and jumped back on meat, dairy and all . As I restarted that I felt reebooting positevly. That was it. My time to say "sorry vegans, I tried" as you said. 3) After few months in holiday I met some people who made me taste the proper vegan food and made read some books that make me understand I was doing it all wrong and was not balancing the nutritious I would get from meat and all. After I tried the proper way, with not supplement support I felt amazing, started my own cuisine page, I put on more mass than I ever did, had amazing quick digestion (I also excluded some foods like you did but that's another story). Now I've been vegan for 5 years and could never go back. I saw 3 different point of view of the same story and I chose what made me feel at my best.

The most applicable theory is that excess of DHT, in combination with individual gene expression of androgenic receptors on the hair cause hair loss. Many consider the excess of DHT to be the product of inflammation on the head. Many men will notice that as they lose hair from androgenic alopecia, they have a itchy head. The OP claims that DHT helps with inflammation then why does Finasteride work on growing hair that literally blocks production of DHT? What a more applicable theory suggests is that calcification and fibrosis cause release of DHT that further constricts the blood vessels and hence chokes them from blood/nutrients. The reason hair is lost from the top of the head is because those hair are more sensitive to DHT aka they have more androgen receptors. There are some theories about gravity as well as it acts upon the hair on the top more. Furthermore, since AAG has the same pattern, scientists have found that the bald areas of men (usually the crown and hairline) have increased tension. This tension is because of over production of collagen, also known as fibrosis which literally layers on top of the follicles and prevents further growth as it acts like a wall for the follicle to penetrate. Calcification on the other hand is when calcium deposits clog up the blood vessels and reduce blood flow. Massaging probably helps with one of these two areas but the root cause really is your diet and the water you are using. I would advice people to try a water softener and also to intake magnesium to combat calcification. Ofcourse, exercise is important too. For fibrosis, do microneedling 1.5mm once a week. If your hair loss is severe, i am afraid you may need Finasteride and/or minoxidil. I would personally use them as last resort because they are a life commitment. Just remember that if you start them late, you will only retain so much hair.

Maybe it was just something else I wasn't noticing, but my scalp tingles when I'm in a good place and my energy is peaked from being healthy and meditating... Thx again, m8.

A big reason why the carnivore diet is likely working is because of the types of foods you DON'T eat. cutting out things can be more beneficial than adding things in many cases. Plus a lot of vegetarian foods have lectins which are toxic if not cooked out of foods like legumes, grains and nightshades. Im cutting out most high lectin foods more and more, won't go full carnivore just yet. I've been doing the scalp massages your speaking about for 6 months now and my hair has worsened so i really think its overwhelming my scalp. Thanks so much for this vid bro, made me realize i might be doing too much. I also have a low body temp constantly which indicates thyroid issues, so I'm starting to see that the inflammation im putting my scalp through can't be repaired due to my under active thyroid. Gonna try more of the brushing and i'll update when a few months have passed.

First and foremost, you have a great speaking voice , you should consider ASMR if you haven’t ( I didn’t look on you channel for other content before commenting ) Second, the burb @13:22 took me out 😂😂 ! I no lie replayed it several times #ASMR The experiences and info you shared are invaluable. I never heard of the fingernail movement method it I immediately started doing it to pass the time with hopefully a useful benefit. I suffer from mild pattern baldness at the crown of my head. I recently suffered from bronchitis and later found out I had ulcers in my GI tract. I started taking several herbs to attack both issues and after my recovery I gradually noticed the hair at the crown of my head was sticker and slightly longer than other parts of my head that grow a lil faster between haircuts. For the GI issue I was taking Capsulated : fenugreek , ginkgo biloba, and I would wash all that down with aloe Vera juice As a tea : neem leaf extract , morgina turmeric and ginger, all powdered I noticed that once I took care of my GI tract, my hair became thicker overall but as I mention , results were seen at the crown of my head. Thanks for sharing ... do #ASMR !

"It's not that big of a deal" - Says someone who has hair. lol You have to understand not everyone feels the same about hair loss. It's crippling for some and a confidence killer. So yes, for a lot, it is a big deal. Even guys who say they don't care are always wearing hats to cover up the fact that they hate the way they look without hair. Not everyone can pull off the bald look. Just my experience.

What’s up y’all. I’ll try to keep this as short and concise as I can... Everything that was shown in this video is true... I’m a 19 year old male who just like you was losing his hair because I was constantly stressed, bad nutrition, sedantary lifestyle, etc. I started looking into healing myself and curing my own mental illnesses through meditation, gym, creativity, and yoga. And here’s what I want to leave here on this random ass thread on KZitem. THERE IS STILL HOPE. THERE ALWAYS HAS AND WILL BE HOPE. And here’s what I mean... People our ages (below 50) shouldn’t be losing their hair. But the fact that you are is your body’s way of telling your soul that whatever actions, beliefs, thoughts and habits you have are literally killing it. Yes, you are killing you own body by the lifestyle choices you make everyday. Sure, modern society isn’t an ideal environment for our primitive nature, but that’s not the problem, YOU are the problem, more specifically, your REACTION to life is the problem. Are you playing video games till 3 am in the morning, drinking Mountain Dew and eating Big Macs for every meal? Well don’t be surprised that you’re losing your hair, if you don’t respect your body and mind by making healthy choices everyday. You are watching this KZitem video because you’re reactions to life have caused physiological damage to your mind-body. BUT THATS OKAY BECAUSE UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG IS THE FIRST STEP TO MAKE IT RIGHT. So how do you make things right? SYSTEMIC CHANGE. If you’re really serious about this you need to commit to healing every aspect of your life. I think aanghel does a good job of explaining the healing process but PLEASE do what works for you. Everyone’s different so don’t compare your process to others. Just trust in the process. TRUST THE FUCKING PROCESS. Accept that you did damage to yourself and REACT POSITIVELY to fuel the belief system that you’re doing your best to be a better version of yourself. ALSO THIS TAKES TIME. You didn’t fuck yourself up in one day so don’t expect to unfuck yourself in a day, a month, even few months. Trust the process and make the systemic change to heal yourself and eventually you’ll wake up and realize, wow I’m growing tiny hairs back. DON’T STRESS ABOUT YOUR HAIR LOSS. THAT MAKES THINGS WORSE. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO LET THINGS GO SO THEY CAN COME BACK TO YOU ON THEIR OWN TIME. TRUST THE FUCKING PROCESS. Besides that, look into aanghels work about healing and do your own research too. Here’s a little of what I do (this is what works for me) Mediation Some form of yoga (stress can and will manifest into your body, it’s just your minds way of dealing with psychological and emotional trauma, look up Wilhelm Reichs SEGMENTAL ARMORING) yoga helps to relieve that stress) Exercise (DONT SKIP THIS 90% of hair loss is problems with circulation, lift heavy shit or do sprints) The scalp massages help to decalcify your scalp but they alone will not grow your hair back, make systemic change. A short story before I go... I came off an acid trip and had a bad trip. I got super stressed during the trip and had trouble breathing I.e improper circulation. Anyways, I sober up the next day and felt my scalp and could feel tiny flakes all over my scalp and my scalp felt super tight. I’m not sure how to explain it but I think it helps to add validity to the scalp calcification/ fibrosis theory. Besides that... Good luck because this will not be easy, but is very rewarding. If it was easy everyone would be doing it. Thank you.

Church for sure. Excellent, detailed video but we get it brother, calcification and fibrosis are your two new favorite words in the entire world to reiterate lol For reals though, this works. I do these brush strokes every other day for like 2-6 minutes and I notice now when I run my fingered through my hair, it’s not tender and it doesn’t feel like achey.. all the blood flow you’re encouraging really takes care of inflammation in the scalp and relieves tension

What he said about not getting results instantly is very important to note. I kinda got used to scalp massages even before I started noticing any form of air loss, then I noticed I would go months having good hair growth and then when I don’t do the scalp massages so much, I start going through thinning hair again after a while. So consistence is key guys. Goodluck.
