How about a video where you've worked with a regular person, not a KZitem or movie star, and put them through one of your programs. It would be interesting to see because there are so many variables there that you can't control like you can with celebrities. At least it seems like possibly. A regular person is also more relatable to your followers. I appreciate the content you produce and love the knowledge behind it!

Hi Magnus! Do you have advices on how to hit your calorie goal when you are struggling to eat enough calories? I feel like it’s less difficult to lower my calories than to increase it because I never feel hungry and my 1800 calories per day is so difficult to achieve. But I also know that it will be impossible to lose weight if I don’t eat enough… Thank you!

I’m 45, a mom of 5, and been doing this program for 6 months. I’ve done great workouts in the past, but this is the Best I’ve ever tried. I’m strong, I’m energized, I love the way I look (I got compliments on my legs this summer). This man is great at what he does, and I highly recommend trying it.

Thank you for being generous with your expertise!!! I remember watching tomb raider and saying to myself “I want to know who trained her”, and found your channel! Lo and behold after 6 months, I can do consistent push ups, have ab definition and building up lean muscle! The nutrition principle is so simple with the “fistful of carbs fistful of protein”, I was able to let go of rigorous counting of calories because I’m not training For aesthetic anyway. I truly enjoy all the practical applications!!! Thank you!!!

I need to get this app lol. I think I would like to see videos on good Pre work out meals ? Or what supplements to take if not getting it through your diet? I guess more nutrition type of videos.😅

This program seems very similar to the WW 6 weeks program. As far as I can tell, the only difference is the length of the sprints at the beginning. I look forward to trying the program. One question I have: what variation do you recommend for the beginner folks who can't properly hang for the Hanging Windmill? I find it tremendously difficult on the shoulders. Thanks for sharing this content Magnus! Big fan here from Montreal.

Thank you! Yes, They are similar in programming. I would replace the hanging windmill with the a windmill on the floor.

Hello Magnus the Magnificent!!! Thanks so much for sharing your expertise with the regular people. I really appreciate your recipes particularly, I’m at a little more of an advanced age and do physical labour for a living, so work outs don’t feel like as much of an option for me these days. Watching your meal videos I never see a pasta or potato dish (regular potatoes, not sweet potatoes) Nor do I see any soda pop intake. I have seen some photos of you from your hockey days, back when I remember pasta being a pregame meal with chicken or lean hamburger with tomato sauce perhaps. Has that changed for athletes of today? I have also heard Brad Pitt is anti potato due to starch levels. Could you discuss in a video some particular foods such as I have mentioned and why you should avoid them if you are on a quest to lower body fat levels. I would also like to see a video stating how much activity you would have to per take in to burn off the calories of a “bad choice” meal. How about someone who eats too quickly? I once read that you should chew your food 15 times before swallowing to help you slow down and perhaps satiate yourself to avoid over eating. Any thoughts, or tricks of the trade to help in regards to help with discipline when it comes to food intake? How much cardio should someone be doing for weight loss/body fat loss? Is it still steady pace and length of time (12 min up to 1 hour) 5 days a week or so to lose weight or had that changed? Thanks so much, really enjoyed The Northman, being Norse the scenes with Odin were literally moving for me, tremendous film.

Could you go through a nutrition plan that would suit this program? I'm trying to find something intense like this for a conditioning period that supports these goals, and then a sustainable diet after.

How/Why? Look up any type of workout, they have a pretty similar _structure_ I even find Magnus' workout programs pretty easy to learn/understand/remember They are relatively simple in terms of exercises/movements/content, but they do lead to pretty impressive results 👍

I’m about to start your 30 days challenge I would like to ask about the push up because for me it’s almost impossible to make just one so maybe I’m doing something wrong can you share that right way to do it ?
