Good tips, but the thumbnail is a little misleading. I also look quite different between when I’m not flexing my chest and core and when I am.

Hi Pete. Just want to say that I've been watching your content for a few years now and you've put out some great stuff. I know this KZitem malarkey can be tough going and you may sometimes feel that you're channel isn't going as well as you'd like but DON'T GIVE UP. All it takes is the algo to one day shine on you and before you know it you're at 100k subscribers. Keep going my man 👊

Eating plenty of protein helps. High satiety factor and the thermic effect of feeding 👍🏼

Yes, everyone is different. Cardio blunts my appetite though strength training has the opposite effect.

Yes, kinda. I don't usually eat until about 12 sometimes as late as 3 depending how busy I am but I am not very strict about it

Loads of good tips here, another may be to swap for lower fat protein sources like you did with other food groups. Eat fat, get fat....so eat less fat.
