I'm thinking of becoming an affiliate for usborne books. For £48 you get books and your own website. But I'm not sure how I would sell the books/get customers

Great! 😀. You need to do a good affiliate marketing course. We published what we can only describe as the best Affiliate Marketing course that exists inside of Financial Joy Academy. It's very comprehensive and teaches you the exact strategies that work. We want to make it an option for people to buy it outside the Academy but we haven't had the time yet. So for now, I'd highly recommend joining and starting on that course because you'll acquire a lifechanging skillset. The course in FJA is called "Make Money Monthly With Affiliate Marketing". You can learn more or join FJA here: financialjoyacademy.com

I will invest £100 pm in gsk shares, Phnx is good dividend paying stock but I will rather go for LGEN for more reliable dividend payment. I have learnt from my Evraz experience of chasing high dividends without intrusively looking at the majority share holders, a healthy balanced sheets is not good enough to jumped in with your two feet 🦶Thanks for sharing.

If you invest in high yield dividend stocks - there is surely the risk that the company you are investing in's stock plummets?

Yes, 100%. However, if you invest in blue chip stocks (well established), there is a lower likelihood.

Would it be possible to elaborate on point 3 for me please there's something about this point I'm not quite grasping how it works but by the sounds of it I could capitalise on once a niche is found. Looking forward to more videos!!

Sure. In summary, you need to create a digital product and sell it using the Internet. But you need to focus on a thoroughly well researched niche idea (and there are many). But to really make passive income from it, you need a way of selling it on autopilot. You can either do this on your own platform (e.g. blog, youtube channel, podcast, etc) or you can do it on other people's platforms (e.g. Udemy, Gumroad, etc). There is more to this but this is the gist of it. Make sense? It's something anyone can do but it requires some work first before you then start repeating the rewards.

Ken, thanks very much for this. Quite informative. Please I have a question. Can an international student in UK invest in the stock market? Both the UK and US stock markets?

I saw these as well. Admiral, Foot Locker, and Rio Tinto, are other ones I'm looking into as well.
