Try nose plasters combined with mouth tape. That will learn you to breathe through your nose at night you will only need it for a couple months maximum and the nose plasters are actually useful to have if you have a cold or whatver they help a lot by opening the nose. Great video. I feel you should make a video addressing the obsession with mewing that younger people may develop. Constantly comparing themselves, pulling these faces all day, or just overdoing it. I haven’t heard Mike bring up the significance of the role of emotions in survival and thriving of ancestors, connected to how the musculature and connective tissues contract under stress until consciously recognised and released through breath and movements like in yoga and Pilates. Current-day people and particularly Gen X and Baby Boomer adults tend to not know how to be aware of stress held in their bodies’ connective tissues, which restricts gliding of tissues and ease of movement of muscles, therefore restricting ROM (range of motion), and the thing with connective tissues which encase the muscles is tensions restrict bone development. I don’t believe it’s just to do with diet.

Well imagine the people that you consider pretty but with amazing bone structure they would be even more attractive to you. It’s not because you have good bone structure that you will be the most handsome, but if you have it means you have maximized your genetic potential. I don’t like to rate people but imagine someone you would rate 3/10. With goof bone structure he would go to 5/10 Now another person you would rate 7/10. He has bad bone structure, if he had great bone structure you would probably rate him 8-9/10. That’s why yes there is some part of genetics, but good bone structure = you did your part and maximized the beauty you could develop If you find someone with bad bone structure attractive it means that they were probably blessed with insane genetics

You should develop the app together with Jordan Peterson. He could really help with the psychology aspect of effective excercise, plus he would see the money in it.

So the creator of mewing just said that mewing done by the older/elderly person, will NOT improve visually, the facial appearance, but will help with things like sleep apnea. Disappointing.

Devil: “breathe.” Me: “wait, that’s not how this works.” XP P.S. I had sleep apnea, and slept on my back, started mewing, realised sleeping on my side was more comfortable, and less obstructive, also easier to breathe through my nose. And well, I feel great these days, been like 3-4 years, I could new better, some mouth breathing when I talk. But mostly nasal unless blocked nose. Have been working out, so only getting better. O and now I can get a full night of sleep from just 5-7 hours instead of sleeping 9-12. Although if around 5 for too often there will be a day where I sleep 10-12 because well 5 ain’t enough for full recovery XD just refreshing.

eat hard chewing gum every day for at least a few hours + use a "vaccum seal" to suck your tongue onto the roof of your mouth when in rest. that's basically it.

He probably has low blood sugar when he wakes up. He's able to walk 10 miles after he eats so that's an indication that eating might help him.

Yes that's what I suspect. But remember he's on a carnivorous diet now and that should have resolved his blood glucose fluctuations
