Petg is not flexible. That is Tpu. Thermal polyurethane. I hope to get a Onefinity cnc journeyman very soon. Thanks for making video's on this machine. That machine is so awesome looking.

Nice Vid. I think they are TPU. Your printer should be able to print this. If you need any tips or help let me know.

There is so much value to innovation. Even Einstein said imagination is far greater than intelligence. Looking forward to future vids from Zamora WoodWorking. Great job guys.

Wipers on machine ways and screws are typically made of wool felt with a metal retainer (though a plastic retainer would work). The reason for using wool felt is that it holds lubricating oil, is not abrasive, and will not be compromised by continuous oil saturation.

Where would you get a set of those for the foreman?

best line ever "these really help keep your balls clean"..........snicker like a 5th grader. probably should mention that you should unplug the machine while installing these as a safety item since there are idiots in the world who have to see "hot coffee is served hot" on their coffee cups. These new things work amazing well at keeping the 1F ball screws clean and tidy though, going to order some myself. Ideally, you would want to install these on a new machine to keep the bearings clean right from the start. Good video.

My goodness! You don't need to do this people lol lol. All you have to do is put a piece of cardboard or wood in front of the rails to block dust. I have an X50 on order and I'll post on my channel of what I'm talking about.

I know this comment is a year old, but did you ever do a video on your cardboard version?

@@JohnWaclawski I actually don't do wood with mine, I do composites and plastics. I have a dust book as well. If you're having a problem with keeping your rails clean you can use some thin cardboard slip sheets that you can pick-up at your local Costco or Sam's and cut them down and fit to your desire. You can't use cardboard box cardboard as it's too thick and when you home the device the Z will ram into the side of the Y rail and it's going to mess it up. The slip sheet is thin enough that it will just barely slip through. Which one do you have (machine)?

@@JohnWaclawskiheck you could even use some poster board. I wouldn't touch this as it doesn't protect the rails. Junk in my mind.
