We struggle pretty consistently in trying to explain why Bottoms Up can provide over 100% keg yield when using the existing accounting methods for draft beer. i.e. a 16oz glass holds 16oz.
Bottoms Up puts the beer in the glass so perfectly that even a fraction of an oz can result in many more salable servings. It is important to note that these are standard glass sizes. If you are getting a "pint" that is anything less than to the top, you are getting less than a pint. Unless you are in a country that requires volume marking on the glass by law... :) Those countries LOVE their beer and we, frankly, don't blame them!
