This is so sad. He was a wonderful inspiration, full of knowledge and so kind and empathetic with it. RIP 😢

The dietary changes are the important ones for combating Type 2. Exercise can be whatever you can manage - for many people that means little or no change in activity level until they're already getting much better and also naturally becoming more active.

No, not “going missing” ...he went out walking on rocky terrain during a heat warning, with small bottle of water, no phone, got lost having taken a wrong turning and died from natural causes, presumably from heat exhaustion. Sad and so ironic for someone teaching so many how to get, be and stay healthier.
