There's always something you can learn from other entrepreneurs (in every industry). What's one takeaway from Mike and Ryan that you can apply to your own business journey?

My takeaways are that Dentistry seems to have a lot of initial startup cost and overhead that digital businesses do not but it's probably a lot more predictable. I really like how they did little things thoughtful things with their marketing that would be a lot more valuable than expensive things

I love viewing this . I am an orthodontist from their 3 city of INDIA , you guys are doing an inspirational job there. Love your community service and 2 coloured shoes idea. There's so much to learn from this interview . Changing places and setting with every new question is such a subtle genius idea to show whole office without wasting time on having a tour.

Love it! For having spent approx. 15 years in the dental field, I find that it is less common for dentists to aspire to grow outside of their 1 clinic, but there is definitely lots of potential! Thanks for sharing that and showing us that businesses in all types of industries can aspire to grow!

Please Please please...above all, be an honest dentist and provide only necessary care to your patients. There are so many who don't.

Pretty weak revenues for the number of offices they got. Revenue target for a healthy DSO: $225K per employee per annum. $200 in PPC per new patient is very good. Revenue per new patient should be $700+. PS. Cute shoe idea.
