For me personally the best form of cardio is swimming & if for some reason i can't swim i go for brisk walking or uphill climbing , target is to always enhance your lung capacity (cardiovascular gains)😊 , so for me Strengh training + Swimming is ❤

According to the American Department of health, 150 mins of moderate intensity aerobic exercise per week OR 75 mins of high intensity aerobic exercise per week is recommended. You can pick any exercise in those categories that fits your schedule ✌🏽

Hafte mein 3 bar weight lifting for 2 hours each. Har din atleast 1 hours, moderate to intense cycling outdoors. Kabhi kabhi 1:30 to 2 hours bhi karleta hun. Goal is fatloss and hypertrophy, strength toh badh rahi hai, but weight nahi Kam ho raha, kyunki cardio toh karleta hun, but deficit maintain nahi hota, 3-4 din acha khasa deficit karta hun atleast 1000 calories, but next day slack off kardeta hun, chalo abhi toh 2-3 hafte hi hue hai, dekhte hai next 3-4 mahine mein kya hota hai

No, if your heart rate not increase in an activity, that's not cardio exercise. We walk slowly after meal.

I dont know how u have come to this number. How will u calculate this is 70% workout n this is 30% cardio? After which body guidelines r reaching this no. Like can u share similar data that u shared how much protein to consume based on that u have come down to a recomendation.
