I bottled a raspberry sour a couple weeks ago. The power went out while I was mashing it, so I made the call to make it a RAW sour ale. Pre-acidified the wort, so it wouldn't get any nasties, and did a lacto x kveik co-pitch. Super hazy, which isn't my preference, but it tastes nice. I also don't mind the extra proteins from it being raw, since it over attenuated (hit about 93% attenuation) down to 1.004. Still has a nice, full, silky mouthfeel.

Congrats on the wee bambino! So happy for you guys. When will you post pics and vids? I know you might not want to hear it but the best advice I can give on brewing with a new born is to brew with extract when you get that itch. I have 3 kids of my own and when they were babies only way I could get brew days in were 15 to 45 minute boil extract brews. Some were even no chill method. Still can get plenty of experimentation in with different hops and yeasts and even fruits and other adjuncts. Again, congrats! So, so happy for your wonderful family. Cheers!

Your 2020, and 2019, would be naturally more clear, just by the fact that they have been sitting for a year or two. If you let the new one sit for a year, it would probably clear up as well....although maybe not as much with the extra fruit.
