Back in my early days of being a nail tech (80s) the common thought was “if it doesn’t stink, it doesn’t stick “. PROGRESS😃

I always wanted to try acrylic powder but I can never find the right monomer to mess with because of the smell and of so many reviews that have hits or misses. Here recently I decided to go ahead and buy your slow monomer because I have watched your videos. I know your history as nail tech so I knew that me spending the extra money compared to other stuff You can find Amazon would save me in the long run. OMG 😍 I'm so glad I bought it. From here on out I will only be using your monomer and will highly recommend it to anyone. Thank You so much

That’s so great to hear. Because it is really a gem. once you know how to work it. If I had Odourless when I was starting it would save me a lot of grief. But I’m afraid it’s a very misunderstood product it’s very hard to get the message across. And I’m learning how to do it better and better so people can save themselves a lot of stress. Thanks for listening and understanding and trying it

This tip you mentioned before in a previous video helped me out so much. Two years ago I decided to learn to do acrylic nails for myself as a positive thing to do for me. I was going through a hard time. Your channel has helped me so much. I still suck at it but I’m getting better each time. I love slow setting monomer!

Ohh okay, I retract my previous statement, I've never done acrylic but I have done polygel and that took forever to shape just one nail especially with cats jumping all over me, this looks more my speed I might just try it.

What about adding acetone to odorless monomer so it dries faster. Has anyone heard of this? If yes does it work? And how much acetone?

Hey! I purchased your products a few months and I have been practicing a lot😊. It’s taking a long time for the fill to dry completely before sanding. Am I doing something wrong?? It looks like the right consistency but I’m not sure… I need any suggestions you have for a quicker dry- thank u so much! I absolutely love all your products and I use the low odor product.

It’s dry/cured in 2-3 mins Simply file off the top layer which is a dispersion layer. Or run under warm water for 15 seconds and then you’re good to go for filing

100% it’s purely in the prep and application But so many things can make a huge difference with adhesion Revisit your prep and bond compatibility, your product application Remembers with odourless the liquid to powder bead ratio is very, very different If you go to my playlist and check out Suzie’s Slow Cure Acrylic I have lots of videos to show you exactly how to work with odourless it’s a very special technique, but it works brilliantly. My nails will stay on for two months

You’re using TOO much liquid. If your still having issue your brush might have old monomer and it can turn anything yellow or discoloured

As someone who has never been exposed to monomer… I’m afraid to tell you that your odourless is not odourless. 😖 It's not AS BAD as the other kinds… but there definitely is a strong smell to it. 👃🏼 Perhaps your exposure over the years has desensitized your snifter? 😉
@NailCareerEducation
2 жыл бұрын
Odourless is an industry term we use to refer to a monomer that smells way less than traditional monomers. And yes my sniffer is desensitized and I know it. That’s why I cannot judge it by what I smell personally. I had it tested by many. The smell is quite soft and gentle. Compared to traditional the difference is amazing.
