I just want to compliment the content you post. Since I added olympic lifts to my workouts ,I've improved my explosiveness and mat strength a lot. Now I'm beating guys that I used to lose to, because I have better control of my hips and my grip got better. And I would like to ask you one question. Once I go to college, I'll have to do internship as a part of excercise science major, so is there any chance that you would be interested in having me at Garage strength to do it?

Work in ranges of 1 to 3 for snatch, clean, and jerk. You can do all the way up to 8 reps of squat depending on your training goals

for athletes that have limited shoulder mobility or wrist issues, what movements would you substitute for their working sets? while i think it's good to continue working on their mobility and technique, sometimes season deadlines come up and you just don't have enough time to build the mobility and technique in time

Would a long jumper/triple jumper/sprinter be considered a closed sport? Olympic lifts more often being ideal? The only concern I have would be building to much muscle mass, as long/triple jumpers tend to have a lighter frames. Or do Olympic lifts not build too much upper mass? Also for example if a jumper were to train Olympic lifts 3-4 days a week, would the athlete train the clean & jerk on one day and and the snatch on another day, ect or a little bit of both on all days? Thanks 🙏

Yes they can Olympic Lift and not get too BIG. The lifts will vary between what is best for the athlete and can hit snatch, cleans, and squats on some days, but jerk other days.

@@uditsolanki4837 I think you just need to work on ur mobility, and strengthen your hamstrings and your glutes with easier accessory excercises until you can build up to the more difficult lifts
