Thanks 🙏 i just wanted to hear from a different perspective this video is so helpful, on my journey on mastering two arts BJJ & JUDO it’s been only over a year doing this 😢 is tough as iron balls, like learning French and German two different languages more or less, and of course I do have a full time job, sometimes or always after my factory job I need the extra push or energy, I don’t date I don’t do drugs or parties just this as much as my body can keep up, and yet it’s no enough at 40 I do still look like on my late 20s but injuries don’t now about age or looks, the more stress you put the more you get, just be patient and careful no shame everyone is different from all ages and backgrounds, but for me, this is my journey or my mindset good video it I’ll helping me on in the near future thanks and keep up with the good fight, good luck 😉

Injuries happen because people listen to individuals like you who ask them to train twice a day! The body needs to rest. At least one day off between 2 training sessions!

Wrong it depends on the person along with how you are resting. I train 6 days a week. Some of those are two bjj classes a day. As long as I get enough rest I'm fine. One piece of advice is to lift at least once a week so that your muscles don't become too weak because that can cause injuries

@@johankaruyan5536 Yes. If your training twice a day you can do one hard training and one light training which is what I usually do

We should always listen to our bodies, first and foremost! There are many different ways we can train and at different intensity levels.

This is ridiculous @patch57055 is a slow learner or hard of hearing. He literally said in the video that rest is important and 2 times a day training is mainly for those that are competing but that obviously the more you train you will sharpen your sword. That's why he mentioned surfing after training as not being a good thing especially if your doing 2 a days because you need rest. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH WHAT HE SAID
