◦ Get Id’s of the agent for you to be informed
◦ Preparation of documents
◦ Seller
◦ Seller will send an email to smdc
◦ Seller will sign the Client Request for the cancellation form
◦ 2 IDs with 3 signatures on each page
◦ For the Buyer
◦ Reservation Agreement Form
◦ ID with signature for Husband and Wife
◦ Marriage certificate
◦ TIN # for both Husband and wife
◦ Payments
◦ Agreed Amount with the seller
◦ Payment to SMDC Transfer fees ranges from 150k to 300k depends on the property
◦ Continue to pay via the account number of the seller and upon receipt of your new number then you can pay that
◦ 2 to 3 months of processing by SMDC
