I have actually used palantir front end software as a managing director of IT in my department for the global firm I’ve been working at since 2012. Integration with palantir initiated between 2017-2018. I must say they spare no expense and really get the expertise on sight quickly and unlike other competitors really tailor make their solution to our criteria and listen to us and not just leave the internal teams to it. The suite is good and interactive and data integration is the best I’ve seen especially between legacy datasets. I can see why palantir suite works well with government because of the strength of the backend. If the key staff stay on in this company and don’t cash out and life on an island, this will certainly be a company of the future

This is it guys, The land of opportunity needs us, They need our money (which we only have because of the opportunities), If we fund our own defence then that is the key to global dominance... It was never necessary before but it is now, and we will be rewarded financially sometime in the future

Whoever have an issue with $pltr about what they do and they actually tell you what their doing and if you dont like it dont invest. BUT lets take a look at Facebook, if you use it then you are a hypocrite, cause not only do fb practice similar practice they lie to your face that they are not. At least pltr is upfront with their business model while the other one lies and do the same thing #doublestandard??

They should cite some examples as to exactly how the software works. I've watched a few videos and I still have no clue. Essentially, it collects data, analyzes it and the output should tell you if there are irregularities. Still not very clear.

Once the data is collected, after it goes though it’s algorithms it can provide intelligence professionals, soldiers, businesses a probability model of a predicable future outcome. It can provide decision makes the insight as to what actions they can take to reduce or eliminate those probabilities all-together. And no it does mean providing ‘targets’ necessarily. I’ve worked in the intel community for DoD and knowing what variables lead to an outcome can help us to change those variables and eliminate the outcome all together without firing a shot. This is the simplest answer I can give here but this technology does save lives. It also helps identify human trafficking channels and helps uncover other nefarious activity.
