Actual lawyer here! Definitely not a binding disclaimer. Partially because giving someone one's firstborn child (or any child for that matter), is definitely unenforceable. Additionally, while you can be sued, there are no damages so there'd really be no point in actually suing HaI or Wendover Productions. Hope that helps!

Disclaimer on 0:03 This video was sponsored by Ubisoft. Well, specifically Far Cry 5 which was made by Ubisoft. It's a game about a cult and this is a video about cults, sort of. Everyone you see in this video, including myself, has been paid money by Ubisoft so you shouldn't trust a word we say. I'm sure they have some sort of world domination plot, I just haven't figured out what it is yet. Also, in this video, I try and makes jokes about cults even though cults are bad and ruin lives and kill people, just like hand dryers (explanation forthcoming.) I make these joke as a cheap trick to keep your attention, but that doesn't mean that starting or joining a cult. By continuing to watch this video, you walve all right to sue Wendover Productions/Half as Interesting Mergacorp and also provide me your first born child (if they're already been born you can just post them to me in the mail one you've finished this video.) is anyone a lawyer here? Is this a valid, legally binding contract now? Also, lastly, don't trust juice. Juice has roughly the same calories per fluid ounce as soda and yet it masquerades as something healthy. Don't fall into the trap big juice has set. just drink soda or better yet, just drink water and use those extra calories to eat twinkies. Alright so watch this video and, I guess if you've read this much and already agreed to this legally binding contract, by continuing to watch, I should ass that you are legally required to like this video, leave a comment about bananas, buy a Half as Interesting t-shirt at dftba.com, check out the sponsor, and never criticize the overly capitalistic nature of this channel. And don't forget to floss.

I have really enjoyed your videos, but this one is a little problematic. It seems that you have gotten most of the content for this video from Rick Ross, who is somewhat of a controversial figure when it comes to the academic study of religion. Given that your videos almost always take a very factual approach to their subjects, it saddens me to see that you do not bring up the problematic issue of 'deprogramming' for which Rick Ross has been sued for. Deprogramming uses the same brainwashing techniques used by cults, only to programme the subject with beliefs and values more in line with wider society (deprogramming is often done by Christian Anti Cult Movements, converting cult members to more mainstream versions of Christianity).

I think he's come along way in his quality of videos as it really does drop down to 1 when you realise it's to promote a game (even though the brainwashing segment is kind of satire for the ad to the game). Also this kind of video doesn't work anymore due to how laws are in place that you have to disclose your videos are sponsored so you don't mislead people (or brainwash) into doing stuff impulsivity and manipulative like.

Practically no one in history invaded Russia in the winter. Only the Mongols did and they won, the winter actually helped them. Napoleon and Hitler invaded in June, which is the most optimal time, and Charles XII started the invasion from Poland in January (meaning it was roughly summertime for most of the fighting). It's a baseless meme that everyone's been lead to believe is true. Brainwashed, you could say.
@hedgehog3180
6 жыл бұрын
Also the winter actually helped the Nazis. I know the idea that they all started freezing of whatever is more intuitive but that's not the case. They weren't completely braindead, they did know how to keep warm even if they weren't very good at it. The real problem was the fall and the spring where it rained and the snow melted turning everything into mud, this severely crippled the already terrible Nazi supply lines. Winter was actually a relief for them because with the ground freezing over it gave their tanks and trucks much better mobility. However by the time the winter came the Nazis weren't ready and beaten back by the Soviets.

Trees are one of our best renewable resources.

Most old style hand dryers aren't even good a drying your hand, putting your hands next to a horse's mouth would dry your hands better than most dryers. The good dryers don't try to dry your hands with heat, instead they dry your hands with pressure, and those are great.
