God, some of these are so stupid. Richard Chase “died in his own cell.” Ok, he actually committed suicide by overdosing on antidepressants he was saving up over the course of several months. Andrei Chikatilo “firing squad.” Close enough, he was taking to a room where he was executed by a single gunshot to the back of his head execution style. Richard Ramirez “starved to death in his cell.” That one legit pissed me off because of how wrong it is, he died from lymphoma, not starvation.

A few people feel bad for them I could care less about there deaths. Everyone in this video was and could have gotten help they refused and took a life or many life's. Most of these people feel no remorse and enjoyed killing. Killing these people is more justice then just sending them to jail. Plus it wouldn't make them suffer the consequences of jail life.

There is this issue though. If killing an innocent person deserves death penalty, then what if you executed an innocent person being framed for murder. Doesn't that mean the entire jury and the prosecution should be executed for murdering an innocent.

@@najwaahmad3345 before you shut me up explain to me why I'm finding an excuse. I'm not saying criminals should not be punished I'm just saying the death sentence should be the last option for punishment and should be done when the person is found guilty with conclusive evidence and only under the circumstance that the criminal is too dangerous to be left alive ( like a terrorist or genocidal maniac) , not just because they killed a person. What if it was an accident? What if it was self defence? So please explain to me why my comment is an excuse.

I know that these people are killers, but I still feel awful for these brutal ways that they died. I think the death sentence isn't right, because framing is a thing, and depending on how well you can lie, it could be easy, meaning that you might end up executing someone for something they didn't do.
@purcellvilleskateclips9840

You have a point but when it comes to harming humans I will have no problem executing them.
@harikrishnav.s.1299
2 жыл бұрын
I agree. I can think of a lot of legitimate ways in which one can frame another person. There's a series/game called Ace attorney and most of the cases there are ones where the accused is a framed person and you have to rescue the person through legitimate means. And from my experience with that game, defending a framed person's innocence is HARD. So giving death penalty makes it an irreversible injustice if the framed was later found innocent after the execution.
@harikrishnav.s.1299

@@purcellvilleskateclips9840 what if you executed a framed innocent person and later found out that that person was innocent?would you uhmm.. execute yourselves and the jury? Cuz from your standards you just commited the same crime as taking an innocents life.
