The Faroe Islands, home to 52,000 people, have long been the butt of footballing jokes. But they've recently vastly improved their fortunes, winning promotion to the UEFA Nation's League C. Bielefeld striker and one of the country's most successful players, Jóan Símun Edmundsson is leading the charge.
