The 2020 version of "The Invisible Man," directed by Leigh Whannell, introduced a new twist on the classic horror-movie monster, focusing on his abused ex-girlfriend Cecilia (played by Elisabeth Moss) rather than the invisible man himself, Adrian Griffin (played by Oliver Jackson-Cohen).
